Sandrini Construction & Remodeling

I have used Sandrini construction for several of our projects. We hired them for a rehab of the building we bought for our office. It had a lot of issues. In the beginning we called Ron to come look at it and let us know what we needed to do. He came out and did an extensive walk around/through, provided us a estimate for everything that was needed. His price was extremely fair. The first piece of the project was rehabbing the old garage. I thought it needed to be torn down but he insisted that he could make it look great again and boy was he right his crew turned a garage that I thought should be torn down into place I would like to park your show car one day. The driveway also needed to be completely tore up and report with cement they did that in a way that was not disruptive to my business or to my clients. Once the cement was poured the crew that he has worked it like they were painting a canvas to be shown in an art museum. The finish they chose, the way the lines look and where they put the drains were absolutely perfect when it comes creating an eye trail that is appealing. They also had put in a pretty large retaining wall and they did that with ease. The next project was the covered porch. It was about ready to fall down and I again thought it needed just be torn off to my surprise he save that as well turning it back into something that you look at and marvel over. They took out some doors repaired some walls and matched finishes. All in all there aren't enough words to express how grateful I am for the Sandrini's. If you are looking into having a project done that requires a general contractor or if you just need some help on a smaller project, trust me you don't need to look anywhere else. There is simply no one that compares to the level of expertise and skills that they possess.
