I am a Realtor and work with an investor who buys, renovates and sells properties. We decided to stage a few homes so I reached out to local stagers. I found four online. I left messages for all four of them. Joy called me back within minutes and none of the others even returned the call. Joy and her staff have now done 7 properties for us and they are a pleasure to work with. They take great pride in their work and do an amazing job! Joy stays in touch with us constantly and works with our ever changing schedule. I highly recommend Joy and her team - they are top notch!!!

Joy and her team recently helped me stage a vacant single family home listing in Glenwood, MD. The property went under contract in 8 days. Joy has also staged 4 other properties for me and they all showed beautifully. Her team has a great eye for details and they utilize their own inventory. I would recommend them in a minute.

I used Joy staging company 8 times in a 3 year period. We always had the same complaint that the furniture was old, outdated and in bad condition. We spoke to her several times about it and she got very defensive, saying that no one else has any complaints about her staging items. Well, unless they were blind or just not good flippers, I cant see how that could occur. The last time that I called her to swap out a heavily scratch table and 2 other items, she said she would be charging me a $100 travel fee. I had enough with her and the Goodwill garbage she was displaying in my houses.

Joy and her team were amazing. I'm confident they are the reason we SOLD OUR HOUSE in 6 (!!!!) DAYS!! They staged our home beautifully, quickly and within our budget. The cost was actually several thousand dollars less than what our real estate agent offered to us. I highly recommend her and her team. We are truly grateful.

Joy and her assistant came to stage my house for an open house. Within 1 hour, my house transformed into a warm and welcoming home. I was completely taken aback and in complete shock. When we initially listed our house, we did not stage it: it was vacant and in great shape so we didn't think we needed to. But when it didn't sell quickly enough, we decided to simultaneously stage it and drop the price, after which it sold quickly. Of course, it is impossible to know the relative importance of the price decrease and the staging, but we think the staging helped. The pictures we posted on the web were very impressive. Working with Joy was a pleasure -- she took care of everything and made the house look warm and welcoming. I would highly recommend her to anyone considering staging their home prior to sale.

We worked with Joy to stage our rowhome in Baltimore and I HIGHLY RECOMMEND her for home staging! Before working with Joy, our house was on the market with our personal belongings for 70+ days with no offers. We moved out and worked with Joy to stage our empty house. We were on a tight budget, so Joy worked with us to use some of our furniture with a mix of her items to meet our financial constraints.
