Mike & Mike did an excellent job installing carpet at our home today on the second floor -- all three bedrooms in one day. We were very pleased with the customer service, quality workmanship and they even cleaned up after themselves and vacuumed our new carpet. Thanks Mike & Mike for doing such a great job. I have rarely been as vexed with a company as I have with JP Flooring. Their sales process is smooth and the salesperson is knowledgeable, which will make you feel like the rest of their service will be good. Please do not be disillusioned. They did a poor job of installing the flooring. We had paid for half the job up front and they charged our credit card for the remainder of the work without authorization and without our approval of the work. We have called numerous times to have them fix the issues, which are easily repaired, with no response. We had also been foolish enough to contract them to do some tile work in our bathroom. They didn't clean or seal the tile, which we expected them to do. Again, no response to numerous calls. I like a good deal, but I wouldn't use JP Flooring again if they were half the price of their competitors.

We have been working with JP Flooring for years for good reason. Their knowledge and customer service keep our clients happy and pleased so we are happy and pleased.

JP flooring did an amazing job on our 2014 Homearama show home. They supplied and installed all of our hardwood, tile, and carpet. The sales staff were very helpful and the installation crews truly care about quality workmanship. JP flooring is our go to flooring contractor for quality installation.

Teresa McMillen was my sales representative. Teresa I appreciated your help. You listened and guided me but did not pressure me in any way. To me that is a perfect sales person. I was given many carpet samples to take home but when I needed a bigger sample you mailed it to my house. Nice service! The gentleman who measured my room abided by my wishes as to where I wanted the seam to run and when my carpet came in it was held for me till the room was finished. I also Thank you Donnie and Steven for installing the carpet in a careful and efficient manner. And I really appreciated how well you cleaned up and vacuumed after you were done. I returned to this company for my hardwood flooring needs because I had previously purchased decorative tiles from them for my two Arts and Crafts style fireplaces.
