We recently had the pleasure of working with Greg Young, the owner of Level 7, to design, build, landscape, and furnish our resort-style home in Palm Springs. From the initial design consultation to the final finishing touches, Greg was an absolute pleasure to work with. Throughout the entire process, Greg demonstrated his exceptional skills. He has a complete understanding of space and flow. He spent the first couple meetings getting to know us and our lifestyle. This was critical to understand what we envisioned and allowed him to bring that vision to fruition in a way that exceeded our expectations. One of the things we appreciated most about Greg was his attention to detail. I can’t stress this enough, nothing was overlooked! He left no stone unturned and took the time to ensure every aspect of the home was perfect. From the quality of the building materials to the selection of furniture and decor, Greg's taste and expertise were evident in every choice. We now have a stunning resort-style home that we are proud to call our own. The landscaping and outdoor living areas are especially breathtaking, with lush greenery, a beautiful pool, and plenty of space for entertaining guests. Overall, we can't say enough good things about Greg and Level 7. Absolutely Fantastic! My husband and I couldn't be happier with the results of our total home remodel. Greg and his entire crew with Level 7 Design were beyond wonderful to work with from beginning to end. He is the definition of Professional! Not only does he run a tight ship, he is always there on the job getting his hands dirty and making sure things are done perfectly. His crew are extremely friendly, knowledgable and prompt. From day one she was the point of contact, she sent emails, contracts, plumbing & fixture info, ordered appliances, tile, paint etc.. Not to mention did all the scheduling of contractors and deliveries. Again she is the HUB of all that goes on. Greg and Level 7 Design are probably the most finely oiled machine you'll ever have the pleasure of working with. Everyone that has seen our home is blown away by the transformation and quality.. After purchasing a home in Palm Springs that needed a full remodel, we met with a few different designers/contractors to get their input. From the first time that we met Greg, we could tell that he had a clear vision for the home and that he would transform the outdated space into the modern age. He saw the true potential of the property even when we didn't. Greg and his team were calm and professional throughout the entire renovation process, keeping us updated on progress and next steps. Now that the renovation is complete, it's hard to imagine that it's still the same house -- the space has been completely transformed and is more beautiful than we ever thought it could be. Greg has an amazing eye for utilizing space efficiently and a keen attention to detail -- the home is truly a work of art now and we couldn't be happier with the outcome. I cannot speak highly enough about Greg and Level 7 Design. Greg did a complete renovation of my desert home. He redesigned my home with attention to every detail. I am so impressed and this house is more beautiful than I ever imagined it could be. His team and his workers are top notch. They worked very hard everyday, even in the terribly hot desert summer. “Level 7 helped us with two key projects . One was the the total gut renovation of a 2 bedroom. 2 bath condominium as well as the creation of a raised fire pit, landscaping and new outside dining area at our primary residence in Palm Springs. Greg is a professional who was involved in each and every step of the project, ensuring that it met with our expectations and satisfaction. Greg and John were responsive , open to feedback and our suggestions and concerns. Level 7 Design made my dream home a reality. Hands down Greg and his team are the most talented, hard-working, honest, reliable and artistic experts in the business. I will never use anyone else. I met Greg 3 years ago after we bought our first home. We were your typical nervous, stressed-out first time buyers with lots of renovation ideas, but no idea how to get started. Greg immediately put us at ease. Greg is not only a contractor, he is a designer, with the vision of a true artist. He presented us with innovative, stylish designs that were not only beautiful, but functional. Our 2 children were young at the time, and he worked with us to design a family friendly home that still felt modern and chic. Best part - Greg worked with our budget, and always suggested innovative, economically friendly ways to execute our ideas, but never compromised on quality or style. His team worked round the clock to make sure we were able to move in by Christmas, our biggest request. Greg, John and his team made it the best Christmas present we've ever received. I have heard countless stories from friends and colleagues about how long their renovation took, how quality suffered, how cost exceeded original quotes, and how disappointed they were with final product.. Thanks to Level 7 Design, my family and I were one of the lucky few that had nothing but an incredibly positive experience with our renovation. I still today do not trust anyone else with any design work in our home, and always consult with Greg and team before I do anything. Greg and Level 7 Design & Build were absolutely incredible on our project. Greg took an old ranch-style house that hadn’t been touched in more than 50 years and helped us transform it into the contemporary house of our dreams. His taste is impeccable (which saved us from also having to hire a designer!) and the team of craftsmen who work for him extended Greg’s personal brand of perfectionism down to every last detail of our home. Not only would we recommend him to anyone who will listen, we would absolutely hire him again (and in fact, already have for a second phase of our project!). After seeking recommendations from many people as well as interviewing many contractors for our job, I am thankful everyday when we wake up in our beautiful new home that we chose Greg and Level 7.

Greg did a kitchen and bath remodel for us last year and we couldn't be happier. We connected with him by accident and it couldn't have worked out better for us. His expertise in construction and design is unparalleled. He and his firm are professional and responsible. The quality of his work and that of his sub-contractors is excellent. He always had supervisory personnel on site. We, of course, ended up doing more than we planned, but well worth the time and financial investment because of Greg's vision.

Greg and his Level 7 Design team worked on our extensive remodel. Our home is a mid-century modern and the previous owners had changed the style drastically. We wanted to bring it back to a new, refined, mid-century look and Greg’s design ideas, layout and overall expertise made for a beautiful transformation! Our house looks amazing and our experience working with Greg and his team was perfect. I can’t recommend them highly enough!

After interviewing a number of contractors when we first bought our house, we hired Greg to renovate both units of our duplex in the Mid-Wilshire area. He turned out to not only be an excellent contractor (keeping within budget, doing quality work, always available to answer questions etc.) but also ended up having a fantastic eye for color and design. It was like getting a contractor and a designer in one person! He turned what could have been a very ordinary makeover into a beautiful home. We ended up having him design and renovate 3 bathrooms, a laundry room, 2 kitchens, as well as design and install a beautiful back yard. We first hired him almost 10 years ago and over the years he's come back and helped us fix numerous things including a leaking garage roof, leveling an alleyway that wasn't draining properly, upgrading wiring, and installing air conditioning. I honestly couldn't recommend him highly enough. He's very honest and fair with his pricing and I truly trust him with any sort of project.

I had a kitchen remodel done last year, and I would unequivocally highly recommend this company. The workmanship was excellent. The project came in right on time and the costs were reasonable. And the best part of working with this company was having the input of Greg Young. He is an amazing designer as well as a reliable, efficient and professional contractor. He was able to manifest my own vision, and with his input, take it to the next level of beauty and practicality. I wish I could give more than 5 stars!
