I do not recommend All Phase Pool Remodeling of Sanford, Fl. Horrible company, in fact, the worst company I’ve ever done business with in 60 years! A nightmare. My 2nd pool so it should’ve went smoothly. Wiring was done wrong and blew pump motor. Spa plumbing not glued, sold me an electric heater the size of a breadbox which was ridiculously expensive to run. Told me (in not so many words) I was ###$ out of luck. Spent thousands more having their work corrected. Save yourself from the nightmare. The negative reviews are correct unfortunately it was too late for me. Work was never done in a timely manner nor neatly.

I had pebble tech installed and what a great job they did. They change the tile, new light, new pump, and filter. Mark my salesman was great. I highly recommend this company. After two years everything still looks great.

Do NOT use this company. Signed contract Dec 2016, 7 months later, work is shoddy, tiles cracked, decking peeling, more problems than with anyone I've ever hired. No response from them except request final payment. Do NOT use this company & tell all your friends to run far from them. They should be pout out of business.

Do not give them one penny! They were to refinish my pool with Pebble Tech, but I have steps which they removed the existing tile and left the edges uneven and the edges look like huge chucks of concrete have fallen off. I do not have the tile on the top of the step to mark steps as discussed. I DO HAVE GAPPING HOLES between the new surface and the existing tile where water is leaking behind the pool. I also was given the final inspection as promised by the sales guy prior to completing the job. I will have to pay to have my pool refilled a second time to correct all these issues. The price of the job was $5,600 where we put $3,750 down with the understanding we would pay $2,750 when the work was complete and additional $250 once it passed inspection. HOWEVER, ALL PHASE demanded $2.750 before the pool even had the pepple tech product applieed or they would not proceed, so being between a rock and a hard place, we paid it. Not All Phase has all but $250 of our money and we a trapped with a pool that looks horrible! DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY!
