Jupiter Tile and More

You have heard of the saying "buyer beware" well it applies to Jupiter Tile & More, if something goes wrong you are left out in the cold. They don't return phone calls or e-mails, and make promises they never keep, they screwed our kitchen cabinets by mixing up the styles of the doors and say they will fix but it has now been 6 months and they still won't fix. There are much better resources in this area use one of them.

The owner Joe Warnes at first seems helpful and charming. However buyer beware he does not follow through, he does not do what he says he will do and he will blame his mistakes on everyone else. Joe lost our measurements (he blamed his employee), forgot to put in our order after taking our deposit (he blamed us) and then ordered the wrong tile for our project (he blamed the manufacturer). He refused to discuss a credit/discount and told us we would be charged a 30% restocking fee - for his mistake! In addition, he accept a few bags of unused product (grout) and then refused to give us a credit. When we pushed back saying you have it in the back room, he told us he would "throw it out on the street". He then told us to leave his shop or he would call the police! To date he still has the returned product. Thank goodness we didn't hire him to do the install. This is not a reputable person and we would not recommend this business.
