We selected Collamore Built to reconstruct our kitchen and dining spaces and to finish our basement level, installing a new basement full bath in the process. Our home was originally constructed in 1925 and posed several challenges to updating it for today's standards of gracious living. We could not have been more happy with the project. Two years earlier, this same firm renovated two upstairs bathrooms so we had a pre-test and we have just begun a third (much smaller) renovation of an untouched area of our home. We are loyal customers for the quality construction and professionalism of Justin Collamore and his team.

We selected Justin Collamore of Collamore Built to design & manage our kitchen re-design and our family room / mudroom / screen porch addition upon the recommendation of our realtor. Justin is extremely easy to work with and creative with his solutions. He spends the necessary time to consider all options and devise the best design in keeping with the style of the house. His employees are respectful, trustworthy, and friendly - along with being highly-skilled. This is important when you have workers in your house for weeks on end. While a home renovation is not stress-free, I never doubted that Justin would "make things right" when any issue arose, and I was not disappointed. The renovation work took a bit longer than expected, but the positives of the experience by far outweighed that minor inconvenience. I recommended Collamore Built to another friend who ended up hiring him to do a major home renovation project which just completed. I would highly recommend having a talk with Justin about your project!

We hired Collamore Built to renovate a 60's kitchen, dining, and living room space. Justin and his workers totally gutted the area and built a new "open" living space. Once the project began, the work was completed in a timely fashion and within our budget. The workers were very professional, had excellent ideas, and were extremely responsive to suggestions and/or requests we made throughout the process. We are thrilled with the final product and would not hesitate to hire them again.

Justin's crew is very professional, and did a great job converting a closet and pantry area into an awesome bathroom. He'll be doing a kitchen renovation for us soon. The kitchen renovation is now dragging on to nearly a year in the works. The quality is top notch, but the delays in work are frustrating.
