Architectural Impact was founded with one guiding principal, to make sure that my client’s needs are met. I strive to make the design process fun, enjoyable, professional and complete. It is always better for me to design your project multiple times and have you love it than build it once and regret it. That is why I work with you on your ideas until they are realized on paper long before a shovel is put in the ground. Jim did the design for our home remodel which included a family room addition and kitchen remodel. We were very pleased and happy with the work Jim did as he was professional and patient with us and he did exceptional work. The design drawings were very good so it kept the contractor in check. Overall, Jim was excellent and I would recommend him.

Mr. Ruban assisted us with the design, plans and specifications for a large remodeling project in our house in Oceanport, NJ. The work involved structural alterations and required Architectural Impact to provide engineering services as well. Jim was patient with us, even after asking him to change the design many times. The final plans were very detailed and were easily understood by the general contractor. Overall, we were very happy with the services provided and would recommend Architectural Impact without hesitation.

My husband and I were referred to Jim in 2005 to draw architectural plans for a master suite addition to our home. Jim was a pleasure to work with. He allowed us to explore different options and was always available when we needed to meet with him. He was very thoughtful in working on our plans with regards to our design and style preferences, layout, and project budget. He listened to our concerns about making the addition look seamless to connect with the style and format of our existing home.
