Ultimate Remodelers

We sourced Ultimate Remodelers for our two exterior doors and installation. Originally, we worked on quoting with a handful of suppliers/installers, but UR was the most competitive when comparing apples to apples. Our sales contact (Mike Nucci) was very responsive, knowledgeable, and great to work with. Mike had advised that they hired on a very good carpenter (Andy) to work on door only projects, and they said they were excited to have such a expert on their team. This was a plus for us, since we had done some new window installations with one company who would just send different formans/crews every time. UR knew exactly who would be out doing our project and could speak to his skillset and expertise. Andy actually came out one day to do one more measurement of our doors just to be sure what we were ordering was accurate, which gave us peace of mind. UR underpromised and over-delivered on the lead time... they estimated 6-8 weeks for the doors to come in, which we understood completely going into this project. However, the doors took less than a month to come in. Andy and his crew were out there within the week we were notified the doors were ready. The install took less than a day, Andy and the crew were exteremly profossional and did a great job of cleaning up their messes. Only one snafu happened... we were under the assumption that the trim/frame on the interior of the door would be replaced and not re-used. Andy said the work order did not call for it, but we got on the phone with Heather right away and she worked out directly w/ the owner! She called me back and said there was some miscommunication/misunderstanding and that they'd get Andy back out within a week to replace the interioor trim. Which they did, and it looks great. UR handled the issue with professionalism, understanding, and w/ great urgency. In summary, the project was competitvely priced, seemless, and well executed, and the people at Ultimate were great to work with. It's always great to be able to use a local company. I'm sure we'll use them on future projects, and I recommend them to others looking for this kind of work to their homes.

Beautiful doors and excellent customer service. We had an older wooden door that needed replacing. Ultimate Remodelers came out and quickly measured and walked us through our options for a custom door. They color matched perfectly and helped guide us through picking the correct hardware (we wanted to add a smart lock). When it was time to install they were efficient and thorough. The entire process was smooth, even with supply chain delays, and the customer care is top notch

This is our second time hiring this company and, just like the first time, we couldn't be happier! A few years back we got our windows replaced with them and now we replaced the garage door. Although it took way longer than expected because of the COVID mess, James was always close by keeping us updated about our order. He even sent us Peter, who's also awesome, to temporarily fix our old garage door at no charge because the new one was taking longer to arrive. Now that it's finally here our house has way more character and we absolutely love it! I highly recommend this company to anyone that's looking to hire someone honest, reputable and affordable. I needed Ultimate Remodelers to match existing windows and siding. I also wanted them to do new interior framing in wood. They came several times to match siding, window colors, and stain colors with samples. When the job was done, they cleaned up after themselves, washed the windows, showed us how to use them, and did a great job on the trim. I could not be more pleased.

I would highly recommend. I used them for windows, gutters and my soffits. Great price and very easy to work with.

We had windows put in on our entire home and new siding put onto our detached garage. James was very easy going and very professional from beginning consultation to the final finished product. James checked in several times during the course of the projects and did arrange to fix issues as they arose or concerns we did have afterwards. A man of his word and that stands behind his company, he did everything for our project that we had discussed and that he said he would do and then some! Unbelievable crew too, very skilled and precise in their accuracy and measurements! They also were very attentive to situations they could control (like not trampling our garden or leaving nails in the yard for our dog to step on). You wouldn't know by how clean the area was where they had worked that they had even been there. We have recommended and continue to recommend this company. They are one project away from perfection as their motto stands only in that not everyone will choose to go with them which is unfortunate!
