Karen O'Lone-Hahn is the sole creator of bright, whimsical paintings and handmade functional pottery at House of the Rising Star Art Studio located behind her home in beautiful Southern Chester County Pa. Her style of work evokes the kind of independent aesthetic and imagination that will bring a smile to your face, joy to your home and the admiration of others. Karen is also the maker and creator of functional and decorative pottery pieces which reflect her overall sweet and colorful artistic style. Each piece is carefully hand crafted by the artist in her small studio in beautiful Southern Chester County, Pa.

I own 2 pieces and I love them! Karen produces beautiful artwork full of emotion. She is able to capture a single detail of human existence and put it on canvas. A truly gifted artist!
