First rate outside painting job on a large four storey Camden property. Efficient, fast, hard working, reliable and very pleasant people to have on site. They work with a highly efficient scaffold company sensitive to garden plants. Highest recommendation.

5 stars doesn’t seem adequate to convey our recommendation of Kadeco. Karol is punctual, honest, tidy and fair in his invoicing keeping true to his quotation. His attention to detail is superlative surpassing even mine and I am a pretty tough customer! He is supremely knowledgeable about paints, lining paper and wallpaper having utilised all on our project. His tricks of the trade meant no problem in our old house - inside or out - was insurmountable. A true professional.

I had Kadeco paint my whole house and I am so happy with their standard of work. They were so helpful in helping me choose the right colours for every room. A friend recommended Kadeco when I was thinking about redecorating my flat in North London. Karol came to give an estimate and then carried out the work within both time scale and budget and made helpful suggestions. I am delighted with the high standard of the work and when friends asked for his contact details I was happy to recommend him. He is very personable and was always pleasant to have in the flat. Worth mentioning is that he works in a clean and tidy manner so I would certainly use him again as he takes the stress out of decorating.

Karol and his team from KADECO came highly recommended to me. My house had not been painted for 10 years and the interior was looking tired with a number of cracks in the ceiling plaster. Karol visited my house to discuss what I wanted doing, the type and colour of paint. Within a day he got back to me with a price (which was very fair and he stuck to it) and a possible time frame from start to finish. This was all agreed and he and his team arrived and set to work. They covered all the furniture and carpet and worked a full day each day. At times I forgot they were in the house as they worked so quietly! Once they finished a room they cleaned it thoroughly and put everything back in its place. They were very clean, very professional and did an excellent job spending a lot of time in preparing the walls and ceiling before applying the finishing coats. Karol only buys the best quality paint and has the invoices to prove it. They are a very trustworthy company and very honest in their dealings. Karol had a key during the time he was here so that they could come and go without my having to be in all the time. I would recommend them very highly indeed. In fact, my neighbour was so impressed she commissioned them to paint her house and she too, is very happy with the quality of the work.

Our homes have all been over 100 years old and a little battered, Kadeco’s care in preparation has always provided a great finish to our walls and woodwork.
