D G Clifton came highly recommended to us by friends who have had kitchens designed by them. We had bespoke bedroom wardrobes designed. The carpentry is of a very high standard and all the workmen were a pleasure to work with. There were a few minor issues along the way as seems to be standard with building stuff but these were dealt with promptly and to our satisfaction. One of my favourite features are the bespoke drawers; one shallow drawer with small, felt covered individual compartments for jewellery and another with bigger compartments to keep garments neat and tidy.

D G Clifton installed a kitchen for a friend of mine and came highly recommended. I was looking for a handmade, shaker-style cottage kitchen but with modern features and Graham Clifton worked with me to achieve this. I'm thrilled... so much so I have recommended him to friends, again and again! The quality of the workmanship is exceptional. The installers were friendly and accommodating, adapting the designs as we went along where needed and ultimately achieving a high quality, very workable and practical kitchen. I found them to be very competitive price-wise and if I had just one small criticism, it would be to say that the installation took a little longer than anticipated... perhaps the price you pay for quality. Cliftons also installed wardrobes in three bedrooms, all again of the same high quality including a dressing area and dressing table and drawers. Again, I am very pleased with the end result.

We've worked with d.g.Clifton on major projects twice in the past 5 years - including two large kitchen/diner new builds, lounge cabinetry and bedroom cupboards. In every case we have been impressed by their thinking, planning and execution - you can really work side by side with them honing your and their ideas until you get an optimum solution. They have a really nice team of expert craftsmen and installation people - and just as important , a commitment to after-sales which is unusual in this day and age - I can't praise them enough.

Clifton's designed and installed a super made to measure kitchen in our 400 yr old farmhouse. It was not an easy project as walls not straight, pillars in awkward places and ancient electrics and plumbing.. The final result was excellent making clever and inspirational use of the available space and while the kitchen is modern the design remains sympathetic to the age of the house.All the workmen were charming , efficient and tidy. The work started and finished on time and very close to budget . Graham and Kathie, as owners, were fully involved and always available and pleased to take on board our views. No hesitation in recommending them

We have known Graham Clifton for many years. He fitted out a complete kitchen for us when we lived in Storrington in West Sussex. It was in a light warm maple, and was expertly hand made and fitted to the space we had available. He and his team took great trouble to get everything right, and It lasted extremely well for the 15 years we lived there. Nearly 3 years ago we moved and downsized to a small apartment about an hour away. Space is at a premium, but Graham was willing to travel and come to help us design and fit out elements in our lounge and study. The wall Unit was a tricky job as it had to provide both back light shelving and a sliding panel to hide a large TV when not in use and all within a sloping eave at one end.
