Kat Kuhn's design and staging talents are absolute magic. Here I am as a real estate agent looking to stage my first big listing, and I spent hours online reading reviews/just Googling who to use and decided to use Kat's expertise. I had the pleasure of working with Kat to stage my condo that had been on the market for 9 months. She is very easy to work with and her prices are very fair. I reviewed her portfolio and we discussed the decorating styles I found most appealing. She went to visit the unit and came up with suggestions. We had to communicate via text and e-mail since I live out of town. Her team went to work and did a lovely job. The unit finally sold after the first open house and I credit Kat with my success.

Kathleen did an amazing job staging our apartment! She took the time to learn about us and look around the space in order to understand how it was used in the past. She fully and tastefully decorated all the spaces in our place with beautiful color cordination and veriety of textures that complemented the house' color scheme. The furniture she used elevated the perceived value of our home because it looks and feels expensive but not over done or crowded. She made great use of the spaces and created an airy/relaxing feel to it all. People who came to see the place during open house were raving about how warm and inviting the space felt. Priceless! We hired Kathleen to stage many houses for us over the past 10+ years and I highly recommend giving her a call if you are looking for someone to design or stage your house! The first house we sold was in 2006, it was sitting on the market for 6 months and didn't even get an offer. As soon as she went in and staged the house we had an offer right away. The second house she staged for us was an older house but after she went in and did her magic, it looked amazing and we were able to sell that house quickly too. Over the years we hired her to stage small houses, large houses and everything in between.
