I had a challenge with an older condo listing. It was not updated and really had some major flaws. So was not sure if i could get my Price for my client. I called K& L Staging and they came over and made some great suggestions and promised to make it amazing!!! They came through!!!!! After one OPEN HOUSE. K & L Staging did an outstanding job staging a Condo I was selling. They completely understood what needed to be done for buyers to envision the space. Their attention to detail is impeccable. All the bathrooms and the kitchen were outfitted with great accessories making it feel homey. They and their team were extremely professional, timely and easy to work with. The Condo looked gorgeous and we got an offers after 6 days on the market and the property was sold in 30 days. I would absolutely use them again. I highly recommend them.

K&L is incredible to work with. They provide a full-service experience for their clients. As someone who's regularly furnished their own spaces when selling, I can tell you this company is a much better route to go. I work alongside an international company, who had a booth at an event in L.A., and was in search of a staging company to help design and find furniture to rent in order to go with the theme for the booth. I contacted several home furnishing and staging companies in the area and was highly disappointed in the lack of professionalism as I never received responses back. Thankfully, Linda and Kaysea, at K&L Staging, instantly responded back, and were more than ready (and very excited) to tackle a project that was different from your typical home furnishing, and also in the short amount of time that was needed. They really took time to listen to what we wanted, and even went out of their way to find a different solution when a certain piece didn’t work out. I am very appreciative of Linda and Kaysea’s willingness and creativeness, and to help everyone feel comfortable during the process, as my team was very pleased and loved how the event booth turned out! I hired K&L for a complete staging of a home I renovated to sell. I was hesitant about using a staging company because they can be really expensive and I wasn't sure it would be worth the investment with my limited budget. My initial meeting with K&L was very positive. They reassured me that showing a furnished home would make it easier to sell. Their subsequent meeting at the house was a professionally laid out plan of the space and a detailed list of what I would need to make it look like a home. The final estimate was fairly priced considering I was furnishing an entire house. Communication and follow up, until the day of the staging, was simple and straightforward and my list of unending questions were answered with quick replies. The day of the staging was effortless on my part because I did not lift a finger. The entire staging team arrived, and by the time they finished the house was definitely a home. All of the furniture was perfectly placed, and the accessories complimented the overall look of the house. Each room was different yet all of the rooms individual design elements worked well together. As soon as the house sold, K&L picked up their inventory and left the house without a scratch on the floor or dirt marks on the walls. It could not have been an easier process and was all within my budget. I would absolutely use K&L the next time I require staging of a home.

K&L was needed for a last minute staging job for a summer rental. They came in swiftly, fully prepared, had great ideas and were so easy to work with. They are organized and creative. I have also seen their work in other homes and it is always beautifully and tastefully done. I highly recommend them!
