Summerhouse Designs

Excellent work on a rather difficult construction / design project with an estimated cost of $1.5M. FBC used my hand drawn plans and notes and drafted the building using a series of 2D and 3D programs. The construct was a multi-story steel and concrete building involving a fair amount of engineering and thought concerning the unusual wall / floor/ load placement. The FBC product was spot on in regard to addressing those significant features of the building. Work was completed in a timely manner at an excellent price.

Kerri helped me with interior design work for numerous commercial projects including retail design at The Village at North Elm and hospitality design at the Sheraton Four Seasons in Greensboro, NC. Kerri was professional, knowledgeable, efficient and had the ability to quickly understanding problems we faced as well as their solutions.
