Jim DePaolo was the contractor for my custom built 5,000 square foot traditional style home. Jim DiPaolo and his team from Denali Construction bring a level of professionalism and oversight which is uncommon in the custom home building industry. While many general contractors have the practical skills to execute, they often lack the personal and project management skills to anticipate and proactively manage construction issues. Denali delivers. The design of our project is complex and the logistics of building on our remote site are particularly demanding. Denali has consistently delivered on expectations and has been an active, cooperative and effective participant in the architect/home-owner/contractor partnership. We are 60% through our project today and I expect my satisfaction the work of Denali's team of carpenters and their sub-contractors will persist for years after the project is completed.
