KELLY + CO DESIGN

Kelly is an amazing designer. She worked on decorating my living room, bedroom and foyer and did a fantastic job. She blended antiques with modern pieces to create the most comfortable and beautiful space. Since she finished the project, anytime I invite guests over, they say my house looks like it is out of a magazine. It turned out better than I ever could have imagined. Aside from having an amazing talent for design, she's very easy to work with. It was a very hectic time in my life as the design project took place during my first pregnancy (it finished just weeks before I gave birth to my first child)! On top of that, I was working full time, so it was extremely helpful how Kelly worked around my schedule and did as much over email and on the phone as possible. My husband was skeptical of the professional design process, but even he was thoroughly impressed. We would both recommend Kelly 10 times over. She's truly excellent at what she does. Congrats to Kelly on a wonderful job, and deserving my first EVER online review ;)

We really couldn't have done it without Kelly. Having just finished a year-long renovation of our entire home, we are absolutely thrilled with the outcome and completely credit Kelly with the results. From the outset, Kelly worked seamlessly with our architect and GC (who she helped us find) taking on the role of project manager throughout the renovation. She also brought in a team of incredible craftspeople, from a custom furniture maker to staging experts, to help with every element of the design. During the architectural stage, she suggested some radical changes to our initial design which absolutely made the project and are now our favorite rooms in the house. She was there to demand perfection during the construction and interior finishing process, catching and correcting imperfections that we would never have noticed. She made great use of technology (Houzz, Pinterest, etc.) to share ideas, help us develop and hone the looks we liked and make decisions. Given our busy schedules, this was critical. She made herself available at off hours and over the weekends when we needed to visit stores and/or view samples first hand. Despite the scope of the project (complete redesign and decoration of 4 bathrooms, 5 bedrooms, master closet, 3 living areas, office, mudroom, laundry room, exercise room, deck and patio), she stayed on top of it all, meticulously giving each room as much attention as the next. Kelly was a whirlwind of creativity and it all came together beautifully. She delivered exactly what we wanted. For anyone considering investing in their home, whether for a simple or complex project, we would highly recommend Kelly.

Last year, my husband and I enlisted the help of Kelly & Co. Design to manage the interior design of our lake house in the Catskills, NY. Our vision was to create a casual, yet sophisticated space that feels inviting and made us and our guests feel like we’re at a modern version of adult camp. We were impressed by Kelly from the moment we met with her. She got our vision right away, and displayed a level of intuitiveness that pushed our thinking to the next level making the end result a better version of what we had imagined. Also, working with Kelly couldn’t have been easier. She was accessible, informative and present. She adapted to our busy schedules conducting most of our conversations by phone/email/FaceTime but also available to meet in person when needed. She managed the project from concept to implementation and adhered to our timeline and budget without ever compromising the vision. She is truly imaginative in her approach and this was evident in the wide array of vendors she used to give our final design a curated, personal and unique look and feel. The result was a beautiful, warm and inviting home that our guests and family can’t stop raving about. I still reach out to Kelly from time to time to get her opinion/eye on new items before I bring them into the house. Overall, our experience with Kelly & Co. Design was very positive. I would use them again, and recommend them to others.

Kelly is truly as good as it gets. Her eye for detail, ability to find the perfect addition for every corner, cabinet, and shelf, as well as her willingness to go the extra mile to work around your hectic schedule all contribute to her excellence. Numerous times I've had to ask last minute for Kelly to go on a shopping trip or stop by on a whim, and never was there a "No" or an "I'm too busy." I thought it'd be near impossible to find someone to create a home that inspired my NYC-commuter mentality but also put me at ease and felt like a country escape. She nailed it, with flying colors. Above all, Kelly worked with me to create the first home of my dreams. I highly recommend her.

I recently worked with Kelly on an international project. We live in Madrid, Spain and bought a vacation home on the west coast in Southern California. I saw Kelly's work on Houzz and hired her despite the obvious geographic challenges. I am so happy with the overall project and so thrilled that I collaborated with Kelly who has unique eclectic taste and keen capacity to find one of a kind pieces. Using Skype and other social media we were able to work just fine and put the house together. It was actually an advantage to have Kelly on the east coast where she had access to the NY showrooms. As a result I feel like our Cali place is unique and has the special sophistication of a NY loft that maybe you otherwise would not find on the west coast. Kelly has a great way of waiting until finding just the right item instead of settling on a whim. Kelly was really a pleasure to work with, we had a lot of fun and the result is terrific.

I am just a huge fan of their projects.. I am in love with her style and design choices. I would love to be able to hire her one day!

Kelly & Co provided services for design and decoration of my family room. It was quite obvious from the beginning that she was professional and articulate in her work.
