KH Staging and Design

I am a Realtor and I hired Kelly, KH Staging, for a patio project in a exclusive guard gated, golf course community in Scottsdale. This home has been on the market for several months - the inside is fully furnished but the patio was bare. I have tried everything to sell this home: price was reduced, Open House every weekend, newspaper and internet advertising and Realtor tours - but no one has purchased. I decided to hire Kelly to stage the patio. WOW!!! Within one week the showings on this home increased 100% and I have two potential buyers. The result has been so great I hired Kelly to stage another patio in Scottsdale. She has a great eye for symmetry, layout and design.
