They did an excellent job on a challenging project. The project required building a winery on top of a limestone cellar. I highly recommend them.

My wife and I built a home on our small ranch northwest of Dripping Springs. This was new construction on unimproved land. They helped us from site selection through home design, construction, landscaping, and additions and we feel extremely happy and lucky to have their partnership in building our dream home. They have the rare gift of esthetic eye, creative design, and attention to detail through the entire construction process so what was envisioned is executed to a quality standard rarely seen these days. We would never contemplate new construction, renovation, or expansion and not use Kenneth Kyle. We have a home that we love living in today and can proudly pass along as "the family home" to our children or grand children.

The team behind Kenneth Kyle Custom Homes is incredible and I can't say enough good things about them. I am about 4 months out of a large home renovation project and it has given me time to reflect about my experience. Bottom line is that the end result far exceeded my expectations (the house was in very poor condition when we purchased it) and the cost was very reasonable The project was a full gut renovation of a 1960s home in a Central Austin neighborhood. Much of the overall infrastructure had to be replaced including gas lines, plumbing, electrical wiring, replacement and moving (to better utilize space) AC/furnace/duct work, internet/cable lines. We replaced drywall/insulation/trim, flooring, doors and frames. We added custom maple cabinetry, tile backsplash, quartz counter tops, overhead lighting, bedroom closet doors. Overall a very extensive and complex renovation during which I primarily worked with Kyle. I took notes and posted on the forum and have listed some qualities I noted from this contractor. - Attention to detail is superb. The quote was detailed and accurate. There was no drama or mismanagement of subcontractors. The timeline was always accurate. I knew the cost and installation time of every hinge, knob, faucet, etc. When an issue did arise I was informed of it immediately and it was fixed with no hassle. I consider my attention to detail near obsessive and Kyle noticed and fixed imperfections that I would have never picked up on. An example of this of this in my notes is a piece of trim in the corner of the living room that was not completely smooth and flush (I would have never seen it) and was fixed and replaced the next day with no additional cost or delay added to the project. The subcontractors are always high quality, high integrity, and take a great deal of pride in their work. A contractor is only as good as their subs and this contractor only uses the best. The team working on my house was the same group working on multi million dollar homes and show the same attention to detail. The team is very professional and I never felt out of the loop. I was frequently updated and knew as much detail as I wanted on the work that would occur each day. When I would get decision fatigue and didn't want a bunch of choices for doorknobs or paint colors (it happens during every renovation and custom home) they had a great eye for design and our vision and would give me recommendations that fit our budget. I always enjoyed working with Kyle and all of the subcontractors and cant remember the last time I completed a project that went this smoothly. I could keep going but I will stop here. Overall Kenneth Kyle did great work on a complex project and they are the only contractor I will consider using in the future. From beginning to end the project was enjoyable, went smoothly, on time, at the cost I expected, and the end result was better than we could have imagined.

We completely lucked out to get into a KennethKyle Custom Home after the drywall stage. They were very accommodating to all our needs. We love our home. So much light! Highly recommend these guys!

We love our Kenneth Kyle custom home. It was built within the time frame they told us and was within the budget. We get so many compliments on the detail & thought that went into our home. We have lived in our home for a year & would not change a thing. They are very honest & all their contractors showed up on schedule & did a great job. Highly recommend them.
