About Us

Thomas & Lord is a well established residential contractor located in Kennebunkport and available for projects within a 50 mile radius. Owner, Kevin Lord, started his career as a high-end finish carpenter before founding Thomas & Lord in 2003. Kevin is known for the quality of his work, longstanding subcontractors, and positive client relationships. Thomas & Lord has dozens of homeowners who open their completed homes for review by new, prospective clients.
