Dean and Deb are the best! We knew we needed to replace the deteriorated (and asbestos covered) ducts, replace the past-its-life furnace, as well as install a (first ever!) HVAC in my mother's 60-year old house. We also needed to replace the original electrical panel as well as upgrade a number of outlets. Dean came to the house the same afternoon we called him, spent LOTS of time talking to us about the best fit for our house, walked the property, looked into the attic and scheduled the work to begin the following week. My mom and I were completely comfortable throughout the process. Dean and Deb were in constant contact and at the job until it was finished. Dean even took care of a few extra odds and ends for free! We are completely satisfied with our experience with Kilowatt Heating, Air Conditioning & Electrical and highly recommend them.
