About Us

Trend and Fayre is an Interior Design studio based in London; a team of two highly reputable and experienced designers, Kiri Baker and Jack Hoyland. After independently pursuing careers within the design industry, focusing on set design and project management, they reconvened to form a partnership that combines their experience to create interiors that welcome and inspire. Vintage finds are juxtaposed with contemporary finishes and materials, whilst bold and neutral colours are mixed with subtle textures and fabrics to create sophisticated and timeless interiors. Founded in 2011, Trend & Fayre has completed a number of residential and commercial projects and prides itself on working closely with clients to understand and realise their vision. Our services range from flexible interiors consultancy to full project management from design proposal through to completion. These include the introduction and management of contractors, creation of bespoke joinery and furniture and sourcing of furniture and furnishings. I worked very closely with Kiri & Jack from Trend & Fayre on our client's Gunterstone Road project and can't recommend them enough. Ai Technology looked after all aspects of Home Technology at the property including audio, TV & Video, Home Cinema, Lutron lighting control, telephones, IT & Data. We had a lot of kit going in and Kiri & Jack were great. They were very accommodating with the joinery packages as they had to design something that looked nice, but could also accommodate all the gear and be practical. We had ventilation issues in two locations which they worked into the designs. We also had bespoke finished loudspeakers in an F&B colour match - Trend & Fayre made sure we were up to speed on wall finishes as this was subject to a few changes! We always received the most up to date drawings, were given the opportunity to comment on them and those comments were taken on board. Usually, as the technology integrator, we are bottom of the pile, or more usually forgotten about. Not so with Trend & Fayre. It was an absolute pleasure working with them.

Jack and Kiri did a fabulous job helping us project manage the refurbishment of our house. It was a substantial project both working with the architect and builders on the structure of the building as well as providing interior design for the whole house. They gave us different suggestions and thoughts and provided us with all the specs needed for us to make the right decisions and within budget. They were efficient, communicated regularly and were a pleasure to deal with. They spent plenty of time on site and ensured we kept to schedule. All in all we couldn’t have been happier and will use them again, I’m sure.

We employed Jack and Kiri to renovate our apartment in Kensington - we are so pleased with the result and they are a joy to work with! Upon giving them a brief they proposed a concept that fitted our expectations perfectly. Within this they included some really great ideas on how to transform the space. The project was delivered within budget and on time, and the builders they work with are reliable and friendly. We look forward to working with them again in the future.

From the concept to the finished product I could rely on them to have a plethora of design ideas, great contacts and companies to work with and delivered all of that with a friendly and professional service. Each and every project is carefully planned, designed and executed to the highest standards demanded of their tradesman. We would highly recommend them to any residential or commercial client.
