BEWARE! Customer service is awful. Actually, awful is too good of a description for them. I placed a very expensive order with them. It actually didn't take long for them to complete the order (once the painstaking task of getting ahold of someone to place the order and make changes was complete). However, actually getting them to ship it was another story. They kept making promises that it would ship but it didn't. I was even told it was out for delivery when it wasn't even shipped. I had to threaten to dispute the charge with my credit card company twice to get the order actually shipped. Then, once they arrived, the color was not at all correct, more distressing than asked for, and the shelves were removable but not adjustable as requested in the order. I contacted them, but of course, there was no response. This company needs to be closed so it will stop scamming people.

Placed an order in June was given many different dates that we would receive the bed no one ever calls you back,,, It is now October and we still haven't received our merchandise or pictures that we were promised because they claimed they had the bed,,,,on a (container??? )they have kept over $3000 of our money we have not received a refund yet !!! We have been scammed !! Is not a reputable company!!!

We ordered a piece at the end of November. The wrong piece arrived to their warehouse At the end of March--thankfully pictures were sent ahead of time and I saw that the finish was completely wrong. They promised the correct piece would arrive to their warehouse at the end of April. We were promised pictures two weeks ago. Emails are not returned, phone calls are not answered. When I did speak with Claudia on Monday she promised pictures on Tuesday. It is now Thursday and we have still not received photos nor is anyone returning emails or answering the phone. Beyond frustrating. I am holding on to hope that the piece actually exists and that we will get it sometime soon. 6 months and still waiting.....

Beware of this company!!! The worst customer service I've ever experienced. I should've followed my gut and walked away when it took multiple attempts to even reach a sales rep to place an order in July. I was promised my piece in October. In November, it took multiple attempts (call, text, email- nothing worked) to contact company. Once I finally reached someone I was promised it would be shipped beginning of December. The end of December rolled around, still nothing. Once again, multiple attempts to contact- was eventually told piece was ready and shipping that week. I was promised pictures to be emailed, which never came, nor did the shipment. After multiple attempts to contact and hearing nothing yet again, I finally cancelled my order. Does it surprise you I never heard another word from the company? It's such a shame: the pieces are beautiful, but the customer service wrecks it all.

My husband and I appreciate all the beautiful work Koenig Collection made for us. From the beginning we felt we were in good hands. The staff is very knowledgeable about their furniture and how it fits into different interiors. We started by exchanging ideas and pictures of things we liked. After a couple of weeks we had finalized the designs, sizes, and colors. They were very kind to send us wooden color sample chips for us to decide and match to our current decor. We received our five pieces about two months after finalizing the designs. Overall this project took about 10 weeks. The delivery company brought our pieces inside and set them up in each room. There was one sideboard with slight damage. We were offered an option to exchange it for a new piece or to receive a discount. We took the discount and had a local faux finisher touch up our beautiful piece. I recommend this company and will definitely buy some pieces down the road.

Incredible furniture, incredible service. As the selection was vast, Luis was extremely attentive while helping me choose the right pieces for my home. Delivery was prompt, and the everything arrived in great shape (that hasn't always been the case with other companies in the past). Top marks for the company, and I would absolutely recommend them to those looking for exquisite furniture.
