Kitchen Pro Cabinetry

I would give 1/2 star if it would let me. This place is super unprofessional from start to finish. I sent the exact measurements and design of what would work in the kitchen remodel and the designer completely ignores it and does what she thinks would be best. She pays no attention to the features and shape of the kitchen and made a design not even feasible. She doesn't pay any attention to the features requested by the client. Someone comes to measure and low and behold the design isn't going to work and the measurements are all wrong. Instead of admitting her mistake she tries to blame my secretary and get her in trouble for the mistake. Finally they get the design correct then came the install. First they handed my customer the receipt instead of me. They had given me a 25% discount because I am a contractor and I reserve that 25% for myself. Now the customer knows what I paid and I lost that money. They installed the drawer assembly crooked and a couple of the doors were chipped, They put stickers over some of the things. We had to contact the installation manager several times. It took 2 more times for them to get everything right so that my customer was happy. Just sloppy business all around I would not use them again which is sad because they do have a nice product. I have tried to resolve this many times with the company and the manager can't even return any of my calls.

We interviewed 4 companies to purchase our kitchen cabinets from. We chose Kitchen Pro because they were the least expensive by 2000 and seemed to have good customer service. They answered questions promptly and professionally. I was most impressed with Roger who handles the coordination of scheduling the employees for delivery, installation, counters, etc. He was bending over backwards to work with us so that we had little downtime in between services, and could get our project done promptly. We had a situation where amazon delivered the wrong sink two times, and Roger was flexible in rescheduling the countertop crew. He worked really hard to juggle the crew to get the job done, even though Thanksgiving was a few days away. David was also extremely helpful, he handles the returns/exchanges/claims. As with any project there were a few pieces of trim and doors that we wanted replaced, and he literally escorted us to the warehouse, so we could inspect and pull what we needed. This helped us to keep our job on track too.

I have had a very positive experience using Kitchen Pro. They did a fabulous job creating a contemporary luxurious kitchen for my clients' project. The staff also designed beautiful vanities for the two bathrooms. I couldn't recommend them more! My partner has been using for several years and referred them to me. I am so happy that I found a great company for all my clients' kitchen and vanity needs. I will be using them for years to come!!

Talking about getting a complete kitchen for an awesome price! One of my favorite sources for my kitchen cabinets is Kitchen Pro, pre fab cabinets that look almost the same as the custom stuff, the service is great and the best part is the lead time, I get my clients cabinets in less then two weeks normally. Ive been working with kitchen pro for more then 10 years now and never been disappointed yet.

5 Stars! A Perfect Experience. My wife and I recently purchased our first house and we really wanted to remodel our awful looking kitchen. The kitchen was so bad that the cabinents were falling apart and looked like something out of the 70's. Completely new to remodeling, we didn't even know where to start. After all, getting a new kitchen is a big financial investment. After spending time getting way over priced quotes at Home Depot & Lowes and not having the professional alone time with the designers to get the visual kitchen we wanted, We thought to expand our search for a better full service shop. I found Kitchenspro.com online and decided to take a chance and go visit there valley showroom. Upon arrival, we felt like home with the customer service all the way around. Vickie was our kitchen designer and the 3d presentations were simply amazing. The nice thing was they had everything we were looking for in a new kitchen. Lazy susans, spice racks, etc. It's been 3 weeks already and the quality seems top-notch. Cabinents, countertops, sinks, hardware, installation, etc....Simply full service. As you can imagine with home remodeling, one would think the headaches were about to begin. Amazingly enough, this company went above and beyond our expectations and we experienced NO issues of any kind. Starting with price which was far far better than other competitors. We decided on classic white cabinents with quartz countertops. Ron - who is the GM there really added to the exemplary customer service. Installation was amazingly fast and the finished product left my wife and I speechless with joy. Thank you Kitchenspro so much for giving us a beautiful kitchen.

Just had a brand new kitchen built in one house and had an island made in the other house using kitchens pro. Also, had granite counters,and cabinets done in two bathrooms. Dealt with Ron and his team. He is an amazing person. Very knowledgable, extremely professional, and a very nice person to deal with. His great attitude and leadership in running the business reflected in his crew that came to do the work in both the homes. They were courteous, punctual and reliable. They completed the work thoroughly and in a timely manner. They payed close attention to detail and the finishing touches involved in the job. Ron was always accessible and responded to emails and texts addressing my concerns and questions. We are so happy with the quality of their work. Granite and the cabinets have turned out beautifully. The kitchens have added a feel of welcome and elegance to both the homes. And, the bathrooms look beautiful. Highly recommend this company

My wife and I recently purchased a home that needed a completely new kitchen. We contacted Kitchen Pro Cabinetry as they installed a new, beautiful kitchen in our previous home (which received many compliments from friends and neighbors). As a matter of fact the kitchen was a big selling point when we sold our home. Our designer, Vickie, was extremely helpful and friendly. She worked diligently in ensuring we got a beautiful kitchen and one that made the best use of the space available. We also expanded our request to install a hall closet, and bathroom cabinetry and counters in two bathrooms. Vickie was again very helpful in the design and product selection. The installers were prompt, courteous and very efficient. We really appreciated that they came back to make some slight modifications we requested after the installation was complete. The kitchen, hallway closet and bathrooms look great! We highly recommend Kitchen Pro Cabinetry for value, price and great levels of service!

We have now used Kitchen Pro for two projects in our home. First, a major Kitchen addition and upgrade, and most recently a Laundry Room and Upstairs Bath. We are extremely pleased with the results in all rooms. I highly recommend Kitchen Pro for RTA cabinets. In fact, I recommend RTA cabinets instead of custom or box store alternatives. They are amazing! They look, feel, and perform as good as anything else out there and at much lower prices! We recommend them highly. I will tell you that we searched high and low for our cabinets and decided on RTA and Kitchen Pro after a lot of research. We are glad we used them. They have a great design service, and use the best carpenters as their installers.

This spring I was in the process of remodeling 2 bathrooms and the kitchen with a general contractor. While the general contractor overall did excellent work the custom made vanities for the bathroom were not as good as I had hoped and they took one month longer than promised by the contractor. When it came time to start the kitchen the contractor proposed doing custom cabinets that would take 6 weeks to build at the house. Since they could not stay on schedule for the bathroom I suspected that the kitchen would be a 3-4 month project with 8-10 weeks spent on the cabinets. This was not going to work for us and I started to look for other options. When I told the contractor that we were looking for other options for the cabinets and the counter top he said any premade cabinets would be of lesser quality and their would be gaps since the cabinets were premade they would not fit perfectly. I went to kitchen Pro Cabinetry’s show room in Northridge and it was very helpful because they have full size cabinets with counter tops which helped us design our kitchen. Things always look different in person and we ended up changing our minds on the design. I worked with Betty who became our designer. She was very helpful in helping us understand our options for different cabinet drawers and shelves. She also helped us pick out granite counter tops that would match the cabinets. We left the show room with full size cabinet doors from 5 different cabinets designs without cost. This was very helpful to take home and compare with our tile options and the lighting in the kitchen. I gave Betty the dimensions in the kitchen and she sent a 3d rendering of her proposed plan. It really helped us picture what the kitchen looked like. It turned out that the dimensions I sent were off by 12” and Betty had to redesign the kitchen. We also replaced the window with a larger window and then Betty had to redesign the kitchen again. She was always very helpful and never complained when I made changes. Despite the numerous changes the cabinets always fit perfectly in the design. I chose Kitchen pro because of the knowledge of Betty and the quality of the cabinets in the showroom. Another major factor is that the cabinets would be installed in 3 days and then 3 days for the granite installation including on the wall as a backsplash. After my experience with other contractors I was very skeptical of this short time period. When the time came for the installation the workers always showed up on time and were able to stay on schedule. The way that they were able to make the cabinets fit perfectly is they cut them to size at the job site if need. This allowed the cabinets to fit flush with the wall on all sides. I would definitely recommend using the installation services of kitchen pro. After everything is said and done I think that the cabinets for the kitchen and pantry were perfect and better than expected. Working with kitchen pro was the best part of the home remodel that we have done so far. If we had done the custom cabinets with our contractor they would still be working on the kitchen for at least another month and the quality of the kitchen cabinets are just as good if not better than the custom vanity that we got from the contractor.

I researched a few cabinet companies for the restoration of our kitchen and family room / bar area. We had extensive water damage as a result of a broken water pipe. I was assigned to Yvonne who assisted me with the redesign of the kitchen and bar. While this project was long and at times frustrating, Kitchen Pros really came through for us. Yvonne listened to all my redesign ideas and made them a reality with a complete remodel with custom cabinets, granite counter tops and the kitchen I thought I could never have. The process from start to finish took about 3 months, this is not something you can rush through. Kitchen Pros end result exceeded my expectations and came in under budget.
