About Us

La Di Da is a small interiors boutique based in Girvan, Scotland. The shop is packed with painted furniture, Annie Sloan Chalk Paint and a variety of homewares and accessories. We have an array of lamps, cushions, clocks and mirrors – everything to make for a cosy country interior. We also have a selection of garden obelisks, structures and benches. We love unusual gifts and we are stockists of luxury cashmere ponchos and hand warmers we also buy British wherever possible and love supporting local producers. As most of the furniture are one off pieces a regular visit is a must. We are the exclusive Annie Sloan Chalk Paint stockist and trainer for the area, and run regular workshops for the local community.

I am so happy I used La di da Interiors for the design of my gin tasting room. From the outset Steph completely understood what I wanted to achieve and the design concept was amazing. She and the team were so professional and had an eye for every detail. She was so thoughtful as well, including little touches and going above and beyond her brief. All work was completed within budget and by the deadline. I'm absolutely thrilled with the end result and can't recommend La di da highly enough.

I am so delighted with the beautiful French dresser Steph sourced and painted for me. Expertly transformed from cream to a stunning Annie Sloan Graphite with hints of Old White where it has been lightly distressed. I really like that it was delivered to my home in a horse box! If you haven't already visited LaDiDa, I would highly recommend it - very hard to leave empty-handed.

I had a dining room table and six years that I wanted to keep, but refresh. La Di Da, met with me and we discussed colours and finishes. I wanted each chair to be different ( I really rambled on about this!), and as such I provided the fabric for five chairs and left the sixth one as a surprise for me. My table and chairs now look amazing... everyone commments on how unique and beautiful it is. Fantastic workmanship or should I say work woman ship! So, not only do I love the shop, but also their amazing skills!

I first went in to La-Di-Da after seeing an advert for one of the Annie Sloan workshops and fancied giving it a go. The work shop was fantastic and Steph Briggs Made it fun and very informative, happy to share her experience and tips. Since then I have been on a number of workshops with them and learnt so much, especially from the complete chair make over. The shop stocks so many lovely things, as well as the Annie Sloan range and Steph and her team are always happy to answer queries and are so helpful. If you haven't been in yet, I thoroughly recommend it.

Commented: Should I paint my dresser?Hi, I would paint inside the cupboards too. As a colour suggestions, Annie Sloan Old Ochre is a classic for country cottages. Or Chateau Grey would tone in with the wall colour nicely too.
