Bad total experience with tree purchase from here. Was sold dead tree with minimal recourse. Trees were still dormant but we were assured it would thrive in warmth and it was guaranteed if not. Purchased everything they recommended, special soil, constant watering system and more. Dug hole as instructed, planted, watered and cared for it but it never got leaves into summer. Called them and they told us to give it more time. Waited another month plus and nothing. Called back and they said send us a photo. Did that but didn’t hear back until I called them a week later. Was told I would have to go through the company that makes the watering system we purchased WITH the tree. Contacted them MYSELF and was told we could not get any of our money back on the dead tree or the other stuff we purchased to help it grow. Only could pick a new tree from the same place to use the credit. got a new tree for the dog elsewhere. Called back some time later to confirm credit and use it on another tree. Was told by a woman there I was all set to come in and use the credit and that all the trees were currently half price. Went there the next day and picked out a tree but was told no credit on file and nothing they could do. I explained that I had just confirmed the credit the day before but it didn’t seem to matter. Had to go home collect dead tree and come back. Then charged full price for new tree when on sale for 1/2 price. Was told it was their policy.

Very helpful staff, I explained the project and they suggested, the supplies that I would need and the type of stone that would work best. Even when I Iwasn't going to purchase something they still gave me a good advice.
