We finished a large remodel of our house with Tal and the LA Remodeling team in February of 2022 and could not be any happier with the results and the entire experience. Our house was built in 1935 and we wanted to open the space up by adding a small amount of new square footage and also refresh and update the entire house. Tal was a great partner and delivered a final product that exceeded our expectations and was delivered on time and on budget. There are a few areas where Tal and his team really excelled. Tal's communication and responsiveness over the course of the project were fantastic. He responded very quickly to texts and emails and actually answered his phone when I called. Any time an unforeseen issue came up he contacted us immediately so we could find a solution promptly. Throughout the process, Tal was very conscious of our budget and was able to deliver on our plan at the budget we agreed upon. In the instances where we did adjust the budget it was driven by our decision to make a change or upgrade to the original plan. Tal was great about presenting options in these scenarios to help us make decisions. Both the speed and quality of his work were exceptional as well. One of the most valuable assets that Tal brought to our project was his team. His crews were always ready and available to do their portion of a project very quickly. There was never a time when we were waiting on his team for any work. Any delays we experienced were related to broader supply chain issues (order your windows and doors early!). Also, the quality of the work was fantastic. The LA Remodeling crews are all pros, real craftsmen, and meticulous in everything they do. They're also great people that you feel good about having in your home. We really enjoyed working with and getting to know them. Our neighbors also gave the teams high marks for being thoughtful visitors. Again - we could not have been happier with the result or the process.

Our house had a lot of deferred maintenance - entire exterior of large 2 story house needed repainting and we needed to repaint all of our bathrooms and 4 bedrooms, etc.; we need quite a few repairs from termite damage and wound up having to replace fascia across almost the entire front and back of the house; we needed some windows to be significantly repaired; we coincidentally had a gas leak under our stone tile decking near our pool; reducting for our hvac; etc. We wound up doing a lot more than we originally thought we needed to but Tal handled it all. He is always totally on top of things and totally reliable. He always comes by to check on the work being done. He has very good, responsible and friendly workers for every job. He is our go to guy whenever we need anything done. His rates are fair and he makes sure you are totally satisfied with his work. Great to work with.

I extremely needed to redesign my horrible kitchen, so I reached out to five remodeling companies looking for ideas and estimate. LA Remodeling's ideas for my kitchen were the best. I should mention that their estimate was not the cheap though. I was discussing ideas with Ran. He was very patient with me flip flopping between decisions and provided me with excellent guidance. He did very high quality work and finished the project within budget. I am very pleased with my new kitchen! Recommend this company for any similar projects.

Owner, Tal, met with me at condo on 9/28/15. I explained to him that his company was referred to my by the HOA because of prior tile work done by his company. We discussed the strict requirements of the HOA and extra work for the contractor to provide documentation requested of the HOA. Tal stated his company was used to working with HOAs so I was confident his company could handle the job within the time constraints I demanded so the unit would be ready for prospective tenants. I received the bid on 9/29 for the amount listed above. Although I thought it was a little high, I went with his company based on HOA recommendations. On 9/30 I submitted the initial paperwork to the HOA with acknowledgement of HOA rules signed off by Tal. On 10/1 the HOA requested an actual copy of his business license and very specifically worded certificate of insurance information. There was an slight delay in getting correct paperwork submitted; however, Tal responded promptly to my queries. The HOA's Architectural Design Committee which includes a paid acoustical engineer reviewed paperwork and responded back on 10/16 that some technical information was missing and requested that the flooring material be changed to comply with published acoustical field testing results. We responded back on 10/19 and the work was approved to move forward on 10/22. On 10/23 I met with Tal and gave initial deposit and half of the remaining payment. By the end of 10/23 the kitchen appliances, entire underlayment and tile was removed. I received a call from Tal on 10/27 that initial inspection from condo manager went well and that we would meet for final inspection and payment on 10/29. On 10/29 I was pleased to find an outstanding, professional tile job completed according to HOA speciifications. The manager was also pleased. I noticed there was water leaking form under the kitchen sink and Tal was helpful in pinpointing problem as leak around faucet and sink. I gave final payment but asked that Tal call a carpet specialist to lift carpet next to tile and reinsert flush with tile. That task was completed to my absolute satisfaction on 10/31/15. Later, I opened the refrigerator door and noticed that the fridge moved because it was not level. I asked Tal to send one of his guys to level the refrigerator which he gladly agreed to and the problem was fixed on 11/3/15. Overall, very good communication, responsiveness and professionalism and would I would definitely utilize their services again for work on this condo unit.

We hired LA Remodeling Co. to redo our kitchen, based on a plan by the architects Fung & Blatt, which included custom cabinets and shelving, and they did a great job. They were professional, communicated well (though they were quite busy), stuck to the budget and timeline, did beautiful work, and were pleasant, honest, and responsive. When problems cropped up, as they always do when working on an old house, they helped us understand the issues and make good decisions. Their crews were clean, friendly, and respectful, and they had top-knotch skills. We recommend LA Remodeling without hesitation and will use them again.

They did a very nice job with construction of a deck for our house. We hired them again for a bathroom remodel and they did nice work and met deadlines and price expectations. I would recommend and hire again.

I have had the pleasure of working with LA Remodeling Co both as a client and as a colleague. There are 3 things that you look for when hiring a contractor: 1) Reasonable price - they provide a detailed quote that was fair and competitive. 2) Professionalism: Tal managed my jobs to the tee, including daily visits to the job site, cleanliness, and expediting the timeline. 3) Responsiveness: Nothing bothers me more than a contractor that does not respond to emails/texts/calls. LA Remodeling Co always got back to me in a timely manner. I cannot recommend this team of skilled professionals highly enough.

I needed a contractor to take care of several issues at my home (kitchen ceiling, new bathroom, new sun room and patio along with other smaller projects -removal of old furnace, garage wall repair). I had some contractors coming to check the projects needed and got a fair estimate from Ran who was willing to negotiate and compromise on what I wanted even if he did not agreed with what I wanted to do sometimes he was very supportive and helped me make some minor changes during the projects to end with a great job being done in my home. I really appreciate all Ran did for me and will recommend him to my friends who might need any remodeling done, his crew are professional and his prices affordable. I am glad I have met him he definitely made the remodeling a lot more bearable. If you need some work done, I suggest you do what I did get at least 2 to 3 estimates then give Ran a call and then decide.
