Laura came out to see the home and immediately knew what needed to be done. Her choices of furniture and accessories were spot on. We hired Laura for a living/dining room redecorating job. She was so courteous and professional. She arrived with samples and a portfolio and her camera, ready to get started. We showed her around our home so she could get some ideas of our style and likes/dislikes. She asked what we have done that we didn't like in the past. I thought that was very respectful, I have heard of other interior designers being insulting toward the homes of their prospective clients. We were most definitely in need of help! Laura gave me a time frame that she would present her recommendations, and stuck to it. She was always punctual and so pleasant. I was surprised to see her bring suggestions for rooms that I had expressed concern over, even though it was not the rooms for which we had hired her. Way "above and beyond"! I will hire her again in the future, when I am ready to tackle some of the other rooms in my home. I can honestly recommend her highly!
