Laura Sole Interiors

Lee and I worked with Laura Sole on a project for a three bedroom apartment. We have recently relocated from New York and decided that we wish to have an apartment in central London with the Wow factor. We employed Laura to help us with all aspects of the apartment including: flooring, curtains, bathroom updates, kitchen worksurfaces, chandelier, carpet, beds and many other design details including all accessories. We really like the way that all ideas are presented on the storyboards. Then Lee and I tweeked the designs and in the end we have actually come out with an apartment that is absolutely stunning and really reflects our tastes but with the most up-to-date design techniques. Laura is a joy to deal with. She is very calm and gentle. In addition she has an excellent artistic eye and can often comes out with some unusual concepts. Although she totally listen to us and made sure we stayed on budget and within the brief. I would highly recommend working with Laura Sole Interiors and I would be happy to discuss any aspect of our projects directly. We have created an amazing apartment but the most truly wonderful home.

I asked Laura and her partner Jess to completely re-design my bathroom for me and project manage the installation. I had some ideas of what I wanted (and didn't want!) but knew I needed help to formulate these into a final design that combined the selection of fixtures and fittings, floor and wall tiles and paintwork. Laura had some great creative ideas that have worked really well (including the diagonally laid floor tiles and brass fittings) that have made the final look really special. I really appreciated the way Laura and Jess listened carefully to what I was after and have designed a bathroom that really works well for me and fits in with the style of rest of the house. I completely love it! In addition to the design Laura and Jess selected the builders and project managed the work and were very responsive when any issues arose, getting things fixed very promptly. They were also always on time for appointments and were able to be flexible to fit around my commitments. Overall I would definitely recommend Laura as someone to work with and would work with her again when the time comes to look at other parts of the house!

We asked Laura to come up with designs and source all products for six rooms, including a new loft conversion. What could easily have turned into a long and stressful project was in fact a really enjoyable experience thanks to Laura’s fantastic design expertise, superb project management and commitment to delivering an exceptional finish combined with her collaborative approach and great sense of humour. Laura quickly understood exactly what we wanted and blended our vision with additional inspiration and new ideas, developing everything into a really cohesive design. She then did an incredible job of sourcing different products and options, with a view to maximising the impact of every purchase whilst keeping an eye on our budget. We got regular and very clear updates, so there were no nasty surprises and we were completely protected from any supplier issues, with Laura resolving any problems before they became an issue for us. We couldn’t be happier with the results and would recommend Laura wholeheartedly to anyone looking for an interior designer.

Laura did an outstanding job designing and project managing the build of our new en suite bathroom. We'd always dreamed of re-vamping our en suite and including a freestanding bath but being busy Londoners the idea of traipsing around bathroom and tiles shops on our precious weekends filled us with dread. Laura came recommended to us by one of our close friends and she far exceeded our expectations. Laura was professional, efficient, proactive and patient. Laura is extremely committed to delivering a high standard of work and is meticulous with her design to make sure it is perfect. She even lay in baths in showrooms to ensure they were comfortable and ensured that the builders did not leave site until the result was perfect and the entire snagging list was complete! Throughout the installation process, Laura was very responsive, proactive and provided solutions very quickly to problems as they arose.
