Laurence Associates was established in 1993 and offers planning consultancy, architecture and landscape architecture across a variety of sectors, all under one roof. Our service ensures that architectural designs are carefully considered in conjunction with planning expertise, maximising the prospect of a grant of planning permission. We believe that high quality design results from the continuity of the design process and strong dialogue with the client, consultants, local planning authority, contractors and end users. We work collaboratively to ensure all our designs meet approval under the Building Regulations. Laurence Associates provides a holistic approach to developments in order to maximise their potential by combining the expertise required to address all aspects of planning, design and landscape architecture. Our multi-disciplinary team consists of Chartered and Technical Members of the Royal Town Planning Institute, Associates of the Chartered Institute of Architectural Technologists and Chartered Members of the Landscape Institute. We also employ the expertise of a qualified Code for Sustainable Homes Assessor and an On-Construction Energy Assessor (SAP), ensuring that we are able to advise our clients on the latest sustainability issues affecting the design and construction of modern buildings.
