Wow -- an actual good experience from an online furniture store! After a few very bad experiences at other places, I started off this purchase by asking a lot of questions. The answers I received were almost immediate every time. Once I placed my order, they checked back with me via email on a few occasions to verify my selections and instructions. The piece was finished on time, and delivered faster than I expected. Even the delivery person was extremely polite and professional. About two minutes after he left, I had an email from them, asking to verify that my piece had been delivered, and making sure that everything was to my satisfaction. And my credenza is gorgeous -- the photos online are great, but their furniture is even more beautiful in person. It seems to be well made; every edge is perfectly straight and in alignment, and the finish is also flawless. It truly exceeded my expectations. I will not hesitate to purchase from CMW again.
