Our rental condo had dated furnishings and decor. Leslie did a fantastic job for us in updating our unit . She met with us and we went room by room exchanging ideas. She worked around some existing pieces that we wanted to keep. It was a turnkey project in which we got new paint, furniture, art. Everything we discussed was put on a spreadsheet. Prices were very reasonable. She is professional, on time and fun to work with. We are very happy with the results!

When we bought our condo in Sandestin, it was our intention to use it as rental property, until we decided to move in last year. The "good enuf for renters" furniture, drapes, rugs, and wall colors had to go. Leslie jumped right in, helping us make our selections to change the window and floor coverings, paint color, and her selection of our "shabby chic" furniture with all the accessories, was absolutely perfect. She is such a pleasure to work with, we can't wait for her ideas to upgrade the bedrooms and bathrooms next.

Leslie is a true professional who knows her craft! She is very knowledgeable in interior design, and is very creative in her approach. (ie shop around your home). Leslie was very accommodating to our tight schedule and very efficient at her job. This would include her references for subcontractors such as painters and flooring. We used Leslie Cobble and Organized Design to refresh our 20-year-old condo that had not been "touched" in nearly 10 years. The results were amazing! Out-of-town owners, we were unable to be on site. It was no hindrance at all as Leslie provided numerous samples and photos via email. She met our contractors and vendors at the unit and essentially supervised their efforts on our behalf. They commented how pleasant it was to work with her. Two friends/previous guests visited the week after our re-design and immediately told me how much they liked what I'd done with the condo. I just said "thanks" and left them thinking I'm a genius.

Our Florida condo desperately needed updating. A former decorator recommended Leslie after viewing her website. Within a day of my first phone call, she visited us at the condo and spent a great deal of time getting to know us and what we wanted to do. I appreciated Leslie's positive attitude and how she seemed to quickly understand where I was coming from. She started the job immediately, stayed on top of the contractors, painters, etc. and met all the deadlines. She stayed within budget, always checking with me before purchases. I really liked that she would present me with a few options and would really listen to my thoughts. But also appreciated the guidance she gave if I started to veer down a wrong path. The manager at our condo made it a point to visit us to tell us how much he enjoyed working with Leslie too, He said she always had a smile on her face and that he appreciated very much how she considerate she was of others.
