Limestone Trail--what a wonderful company to deal with. 20 years ago we purchased a 15' glass house from Limestone Trail. Despite many years of service, it was still just as nice as the day we put it up. However, it was destroyed this past summer by a tornado that went through our neighborhood. They provided us with copies of our original order to submit to the insurance company along with its exact replacement and current cost. Without question the insurance company reimbursed us for the replacement of the entire structure due to documents that Limestone Trail had provided. Since Limestone Trail is a Canadian company they were not permitted to actually erect the glass house in the US. And since we could not get any contractors to commit to erect the structure, we had to call on family and friends to help us put it up. LT was with us every step of the way. As we were putting up the glass house, I made numerous calls asking questions on the installation and they responded quickly. Even the calls I made over the weekend were immediately answered. I can't say enough about the true customer service provided by an outstanding group of people working at Limestone Trail. I intend to revisit this review once we have completed replacing the landscaping surrounding the new glass house and I can provide pictures of the finished project. Thank you again Limestone Trail for exceeding my expectations of customer service after the sale.

We are more than happy to recommend Limestone Trail Co. It was a most pleasant experience from my first phone call to our visit to the office. Toni & Liz were very helpful in answering all our questions & helping us decide on the right house for us. The install was done on the date that was promised, Tyler & Will worked to make everything perfect, even cleaning up the patio before they left. We have already had many compliments, so have not hesitated in giving out Limestone Trail name & location. Very satisfied customers. I love my cedar garden shed/cabana! It was made exactly to my specifications. It's absolutely unique - cedar walls and roof, cupola, barn door. And the best part it is it is totally natural and organic - it's looks like it just grew in my backyard. That's the most common comment I get about it - "It looks like it's always been there." Expert workmanship and installation. The crew was fast and professional, even hung my trellises on the wall. And best of all - when there was a problem, they fixed it immediately! And that's who you want to do business with - honorable people!

A beautiful and much admired product that just sells itself. Limestone Trail were very easy to work with and got it right first time. They worked with our contractor to co-ordinate the installation and supported his custom enhancements (lighting and fan) for a very satisfying outcome.

I LOVE my Coach House!! I got my gorgeous building from Limestone in August 2014 to use as a pottery and fibre art studio. I use it as a 3 season studio and it suits my needs perfectly! It's the perfect size and it looks beautiful on our lot. It's a great addition and has increased our property value by a lot! The whole process of choosing the right building and picking the options was made so easy by John. He made some excellent suggestions on layout and options that I never would have considered and am now glad I have. The easy good nature of John and his whole team of installers made it a great experience. The building was put up on our slab in only two days - it was amazing to watch it go together. They left the yard spotless- as if they'd never been there. I would have no trouble recommending Limestone Trail to anyone.
