I hired Linda Griffeth to assist me with the renovation of our kitchen and an update of the downstairs of our home. Her work for me has been exceptional, and her talents and business managment have exceeded my expectations in every way. Linda has many strengths as an interior designer, including the following: 1) communication -- responds in prompt manner to every text and email I send her, and her responses are concise and informative; 2) she keeps the project moving even when my schedule wants to slow it down -- she knows exactly who to call to get things done and makes the appointments so there is no lag in our progress; 3) she is extremely thoughtful and respectful in her relationship with me -- knows when not to push because of budget or my sentimental attachment to something, but also knows when to say "this has got to go," 4) she is confident and decisive when I need her to be but also open to my ideas and opinions; and 5) she has a knack for taking what I already have and making it look dramatically better. We are thrilled with our kitchen renovation and excited for Linda to continue to guide us as we update other rooms. I have used many decorators over the years, and now that I've found Linda, I will never use anyone else!

Linda did an excellent job with decorating and furnishing our house after we moved in last year. We were starting from scratch in most of main floor, and she came up with ideas that worked for our family with two small children, as well as being mindful of our budget. She even helped us find artwork for the bare walls. Overall, we liked working with Linda and would recommend her to help with any design needs.

I needed help with choosing paint colors for three rooms in my house. Linda listened to my needs, asking what I was looking for. She worked around things that I was not planning to change, like upholstery in the sitting room. The grey color she suggested is perfect, lightening up the room and updating it at the same time. I highly recommend her work.

With the purchase of our second home, I wanted the expertise of a designer to make our new space both beautiful and comfortable. Linda Griffeth was the perfect designer for my project. From the beginning, it was apparent that Linda was a designer who would collaborate. She helped us use the furnishings and decorations that we loved from our first home look their best and be well utilized in our new home. To these we added some additional pieces and made alterations in others so that our new home is a well balanced and lovely space. Best of all, our new home, while being full of beautifully designed spaces, looks like a home where a family lives and plays. It is comfortable and not contrived. The other aspect of Linda's deign approach that I most appreciated was her willingness to work in phased projects while keeping an overall vision. While we were able to get many of the major decisions accomplished immediately after moving in (wall colors, window treatments, flooring, major furniture purchases), there were several smaller projects that were pushed back to tackle later. Several months after completing our initial projects, Linda returned to help with smaller projects such as bookshelves, light fixtures and table top arrangements. These latter projects created warmth and made the house feel even more like our home. Our favorite space that Linda created was a beautiful backyard oasis which we accomplished in two phases over the course of a year. I look forward to working with Linda again in the future when I want to tackle yet another design project.
