Little Simplicity incorporates the lens of both a designer & an organizer. We help individuals and businesses take control of their surroundings, their time, and their systems for life, while designing the ideal environment to thrive.
My goal is to bring simplicity to your life. Let's figure out what you're doing right and what needs work so I can tweak it. I will personally handle as much and as little that is needed. I love my job more than ever and look forward to every new challenge that comes my way.

I didn’t start out as a hoarder. We moved to Reno, we purged a ton of stuff – we were starting fresh and clutter free – except for the last few boxes that I would get to eventually. Mail came in and we grew a few piles here and there that I would sort through later. Kids grew up and out of clothes that I would sort through and donate later. Man, I can’t find a pen, I guess I’ll buy a few packs next time I’m at the store. Where are those batteries? I’ll pick some of those up, too… I knew I had these items somewhere, but I just couldn’t seem to find them. Before I knew it I was overwhelmed by the chaos that was my house! I needed professional help.
In came Shanna. She saved my sanity. She never once made me feel bad for my hoarding ways. She just gently guided me back to the path of order. I left for work in the mornings and came home to a decision making station. She showed me where she had arranged things and my job was to go through the items at the decision station that I wanted to keep, donate, or throw away. Piles miraculously disappeared, and things that I could never seem to find suddenly re-appeared. Everything now had a place and I was left scratching my head at how simple it all seemed. How was it possible that decades of angst over clutter and mess could suddenly just disappear in a few short days? Shanna is an organizer extraordinaire, but she is also part counselor, part teacher, part comedienne, part dog whisperer, and part magician. My family and I are in a much better place thanks to her expert skills. I can’t recommend this woman enough!!

The most common reaction we receive from people who enter our vacation rental home for the first time is "WOW....!!!". It was certainly the way I felt the first time I walked in the door after Shanna finished furnishing and decorating it. I would do her injustice if I'd say that's all she did though. She essentially took an old dump and turned into a romantic rustic modern living space.
Shanna took this project and brought her optimistic cheerful vibrant self to enlighten and inspire everyone involved. She replaced the awful cluttered floor plan and came up with a new open flow. She took the time to pick materials that would work well with the vibe we hoped to bring into the place. She worked with our electrician on finalizing the lighting plan for the recess lights. She suggested repainting the doors in a bold color that I would never pick myself but turned out amazing. She helped make a thousand good decision in a flick of a moment. She bought things to organize our drawers and our closets (the guests are raving about them!). She brought amazing art pieces, found high quality blinds, modern and sturdy furniture pieces - all at great cost or on sale (saved me hundreds if not thousands of dollars in the process).
Bottom line, Shanna just took charge and went with it. She made everyone excited while going through this very tough project. I can tell you this though, she's definitely much much more than a home organizer or a home decorator. I can't wait to buy another rental vacation home and do this all over again with her. I'd recommend Shanna to anyone. She's awesome.

I can’t say enough about how amazing Shanna is! Shanna designed our new 2800 square foot office that we moved into on October 1st 2015. We were at a loss on how to take on the job of finishing it, and even more important, making it a fun and cool place for our team to come work in. We put our trust in Shanna, and she knocked it out of the park! Her attention to detail and eye for making an empty office come to life is truly a gift. She transformed our empty office into a beautiful place to come work every day. Our team loves what she had done and the little touches that she puts on the place really make it feel more like home than the office. Thank you for all of your hard work and advice on making our office truly amazing!

Shanna was here again, as we have decided a "4x yearly" schedule works best for me!
As she always does, we spent some time figuring out where the most important area was for her to begin working, and then she was "off to the races!" This time it was organizing files for taxes and their subsequent storage. What had been a paper covered office floor in my home, once again became a place in which I enjoy spending time! Since it was just around the corner, she took the chance to straighten up my bedroom, too. I know you know how wonderful that feels:-)!!
I cannot say enough positive things about the work ethic Shanna Little displays, every time and without fail!
I would recommend her very highly for any organizing task you may need to tackle, no matter how big or small!

THE VERY, VERY BEST.
Shanna is insanely good at what she is doing--and went above and beyond the call of duty in the process. She listens well, communicates greatly and takes great pride in making things as easily as possible. When I was confronted with having to re-arrange my entire apartment, clean out a lot of old junk, organize filing, get a new storage unit, sell and purchase furniture, hang pictures, feng shui the joint--all in a matter of almost zero days--she came to the rescue. I was baffled what she did--and still am. Proactive, cost-effective and always willing to try things out, she was a godsend.
Can't recommend anyone than her more to help out with decluttering, re-doing or re-starting one's life or home.

So glad I contacted Shanna. My clutter was bigger than me. Shanna walked in to my one bedroom apartment where the last 20 boxes remained from my move from the East Coast. At the end of Day 1 those boxes were broken down for donation and their contents were ready to be put away where they belonged or loaded in the car for donation.
Shanna also helped me understand the decision process for releasing items that no longer have value for me. I now have space in my apartment plus I no longer spend time searching for items since everything is now where it should be.
Shanna worked out solutions in harmony with my current mindset, for example, I'm not ready to move the litter box out of my bathroom, and she mentioned an alternate solution that I might consider down the road.
'Keep' or 'toss' decisions were left up to me. No judgment when I just had to keep that item from so many years ago.
Shanna must have realized how burnt out I had become, so she scheduled a meet up at her favorite furniture store where we browsed and I could see rooms set up as complete examples of bedroom or living room, even outdoor furnishing ideas. I found inspiration on our field trip to HD Buttercup!
My new furniture has started to arrive and I am enjoying the process of designing my dream home. There wouldn't be any room had it not been for Shanna guiding me through the de-cluttering and organizing processes. I had a really good experience working with Shanna.

Shanna is amazing!
Not only is she knowledgeable and efficient, but she is so much fun to work with! Projects you have been dreading become instantly pleasurable!
I had a few DIY projects to be completed and was feeling quite overwhelmed. Shanna came in and took over like the pro she is!! In one day she completed painting, decorating and organizing that I had been putting off for a very long time. I am so happy and excited and my home looks wonderful!
I highly recommend Shanna for any project - nothing is too big or small! She will make everything right again!
Thank you for creating such a magical space for me!

Little Simplicity uncluttered my home and work area, and in doing so...uncluttered my life! I can't begin to explain what organized surroundings do for your mental health. Shanna was very professional and direct, yet unintrusive and sensitive to my needs. My bedroom and office were a mess, with no rhyme or reason to the way things were laid out. My daily routine had me bouncing around like a pinball machine. She set it up in a way that gave me about 30% more space, as well as a sensible flow to where things needed to go dictated by comfort and priority.
Its not everyday you let a person into your personal space, but I'm glad I did, and I'm glad it was her. Shanna herself is a tour de force, and her personal charm truly lights up a room...if you listen close enough, every now and then her southern accent comes out as well :)
Do yourself a favor and let Little Simplicity organize your life. I'm a believer, and I'm sure you will be too.

I recently moved from a large one bedroom to a studio and was feeling quite overwhelmed. I had so much stuff to pack into such a small space and didnt even know where to start. Shanna swooped in like a dream come true!!!
She took the time to not just organize, but to also explain to me her thought process and logic behind the placement of things (which I use daily!!) She also helped me part with items that really needed to go (which was hard to do!) and instilled excitement for what I was now able to create :)
Shanna is truly a genius at what she does. Her eye for decor and style is magnificent, she is efficient and cost conscious and (my fave!!) super fun to be around. She made the dreaded process of moving, something that I actually looked forward to. New Beginnings!!
If you are looking to be wowed, to smile a lot, and to get things in order, contact Shanna. She truly invests her head and heart into organizing your space. She turned my space into a home. A place I truly adore that reflects who I am and the things I love.
You will be so happy with Little Simplicity, I sure am!!

Organize & simplify! Shanna takes these basic concepts to the highest level of excellence. For projects that have been looming in my mind, have attempted myself once or twice, or just can't seem to tackle effectively are where her talents shine the most. She's moved me to new homes in Georgia and then across country to Los Angeles - each time making it a productive 'purge' and efficient transition in a minimal amount of time. Her personality makes working with her a pleasure in addition to the sense of accomplishment of having an overwhelming project complete.
Shanna's endless energy, unique vision, and dedication to delivering the best solution to your organization and design challenges are remarkable!! She listens to your concerns & objectives then applies her skills and talents to completely transform a room, redesign/re-purpose a garage, or entire home in less time than you can imagine.

Shanna came in to help me de-clutter my kitchen and closets. She did a great job managing the whole process, including rolling up her sleeves to do a lot of the heavy lifting (literally!). She reorganized my kitchen so that it made more sense with my day-to-day workflow. And it looked so much tidier too! She was a pleasure to work with and I would highly recommend her.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
Hiring Shanna was one of the best things we could've done for our move. She got us on track with our clutter. She came for a consultation on a Wednesday and started work on the following Tuesday.
She completely unpacked and organized everything in such an efficient and clever way.
My husband who was initially skeptical of hiring an organizer is now a believer. She worked her magic on his office and closets. He loves to brag about how neat his workspace is.
For me, I absolutely love what she did to the kitchen. Everything is put in its place and it makes sense! Love love love my kitchen.
She is also such a pleasant person to be around. She actually listens and executes!
Also since Shanna is a decorator, she gave us some great advice on design and furniture selection.
We have referred her to our family and friends and will definitely be calling her back in a couple of months to help us stay organized and clutter free.
She is worth very penny and more.
