The work was fine. However, they have absolutely no interest once the work is completed. It is now getting on for three years since the loft was converted, and we still have no certificate of completion. They have ignored every communication in the last year regarding the one matter that needs to be resolved, and as a result we are not able to sell our house as a four bedroom property as we have no certification. I was happy with the work, but would not recommend them simply due to the appalling after service.

Commented: How tall does the loft need to be above the bed to be usuable?It really depends on your height and the height of the bed (so if you're relatively short and the bed is low down, you need less space to comfortably sit on the bed or stand without hitting your head....
