I would highly recommend this builder. We absolutely love him. He was very reasonable on pricing and went above and beyond to make sure we were able to get in our home by our deadline.

I am disgusted with the whole process of dealing with JD Gill. Run as far away from him as you can. I am still waiting for him to finish my repairs to my home that should have been completed 6 months ago. I don’t get any call backs from him and I am just fed up!!

If I can do 0 stars I would. I bought a new build and it’s been nothing but a headache from the time I said I do. They don’t show up to work on the house and keep pushing back the closing date. They are not building the house to what my floor plans show and are putting up the cheapest things available. The whole process has been a joke!!

I have been waiting on J D Gill for over a year to make certain repairs to my home. Every time you talk to him he acts like he has no control over when he can get someone out to make the fixes. The latest incident he sent a painter out and he put the incorrect color on my ceiling. So a large patch of my ceiling is discolored. Not to name other issues this has been very frustrating.
