Leslie Owen Persohn, Architect

Over the last seven years I have had the opportunity to collaborate with Les on residential and commercial projects. Several of these jobs featured water elements that he developed into his firm’s overall project designs and others were coordinated with his consulting landscape architects. On three of my company’s projects, I engaged his services to assist in coordination of our technical criteria with the architectural criteria of the jobs. Les has the ability to creatively reinforce the architectural spaces he crafts with sculptured water elements; his designs help to move interior space into the outdoors. I've also been impressed in his comprehension of the operational aspects of water elements and his resourcefulness in developing the physical requirements of the water features seamlessly into his architectural designs. Les Persohn is a good man and a great architect. His vast and keen understanding of timeless architecture from around the world is amazing. His ability to listen to a clients wants and needs and tailor a design that is beyond their expectation always surprises me.
