Hi Smitty and Terry,
We would like to address your concerns. The $7,800.00 is a total for the products listed on the invoice but does not account for extra parts required to finish the job. When you were in, Chad made note that your installation WOULD require extra pipe, this is noted in the top right corner of your invoice. Additional to that, you agreed to and initialed the bottom of the invoice where it states “Extra materials used will be billed as an extra cost. Any material not used will be deducted.” Unfortunately, without seeing what is required in person, pictures and measurements only give us a rough idea. We would never leave a job partially complete because additional parts were required. We are a locally owned business who strive to ensure all of our customers are happy with the products chosen, service received and overall results. A review is based off many things – customer service, price, product, installation and final results - you’re 1 star review seems to be based off only one of those things which is extremely unfair. We would have appreciated if you expressed these concerns to us over the phone or in person prior to paying your final bill so we had a chance to address them with you directly.
