I had a great helpful experience with Lorraine Luzietti at Smith and Noble Design. The colors of the fabrics Matched my colors in my bedroom and living room. The installer was so friendly and quick very neat Removed all the boxes. I highly recommend Smith and Noble, it was easy for me that they came to the house and had a large Group of samples to chose from.

Lorraine did a great job with our window treatments. She was organized, thorough, and very easy to work with. She listened to my needs and used her knowledge and experience to come up with the perfect plan. She then presented fabric samples based on the colors we discussed and helped sort through the many options to make the decision less overwhelming. For this project, Lorraine and I planned for both roman shades and large drapery panels. She took the time to answer my many questions on the different hardware options, pleat styles, lining options, and other important details. Her measurements were precise and the finished job looks outstanding. I am thrilled with the result. Thank you Lorraine!

This is the third time that I have called upon Lorraine at Smith & Noble for my window treatment needs. I now consider her my private window treatment decorator. She is very professional and was able to read me well from the beginning in terms of what my decorating style is; at the same time taking me out of my comfort level a bit with wonderful suggestions. She has always aimed to please me without being pushy or making suggestions above my budget. I highly recommend her.

Quick to respond initially but very poor communication after the sale, slow to return calls in order to resolve issues. Very expensive.

It was a pleasure to work with Lorraine Luzietti, the Smith & Noble In-Home Designer. She came to my home during a renovation when I needed window treatments for all the windows. After listening and becoming familiar with my preferences which are mostly a neutral color scheme she offered fabrics with texture and introduced the right amount of color. She made suggestions I wouldn't have considered on my own. The result is perfect. Exactly what I was looking for.

Working with Smith and Noble has many conveniences and offers good value compared to the alternatives for window treatment, drapes, etc. Our designer was very knowledgeable, flexible, and responsive. The customer, however, needs to be fully engaged and follow up on details, requesting that minor issues be corrected and insisting on it. These projects have many details, to the point that perfection doesn't just happen. If you're willing to be engaged, follow up, request corrections when you find issues, then this will work well for you and afford good savings and good quality designs and material.

My husband and I were looking to replace the window coverings in our master bedroom and put a window covering on the bay window in our living room. We really didn't have a clear idea of what we wanted for either. Lorraine arrived on time and we showed her what needed to be done. She helped us to find the best solution in each area and guided us through the myriad of choices of fabrics, etc. After we made our decisions, she wrote up the order and explained how the next part of the process would work. As promised, all the parts for the window treatments arrived exactly when they should have and shortly thereafter, Dennis the installer came and put them in. My husband and I are very, very pleased with the results. The shades in the bay window are well-made and let in just the right amount of light. Similarly, the curtains in the bedroom look lovely and keep out enough light so that we can sleep well. Lorraine is a real professional. She has a lot a patience when working with people who really don't have a clear idea of what they want. We have already recommended her to others.
