We are a small full-service custom design and remodeling company based in the Sunapee/Dartmouth region of central New Hampshire. For twenty plus years we have operated under our parent company name of Bluewater Restoration and are now branching out to cover new territories.

Joel recently redid 2 bathrooms for us he has great design ideas .the quality of his work is great.he built cabinets and finished carpentry is very good. He is professional,reliable and the finished project is A plus.

I have used Joel of Bluewater Restoration on several occasions. He has done finish/detail work inside our home as well as deck, window casings, and shingle repairs on the outside. He even once made a doll house for us on short notice. In the past with other contractors, we (being perfectionists) have had to correct things that weren't quite right. That stopped once we hired Joel and we wish we'd hired him for all our earlier jobs. He has an eye for detail and brings a wealth of creative ideas. Put that together with his years of experience and you will not be disappointed with his work.

Joel is a true professional in every way. His estimate was on target and my project was started and completed in the time frame agreed upon. He did an excellent job always paying close attention to detail. The area in which he was working was left very clean after his work for the day was completed.

I have used their services on two occasions already. One was for finishing off a built-in cabinet at my home. Later I hired them to paint and custom build a a piece of furniture where I work. They always show up on time and are courteous and professional. Their prices are competitive with other companies I have used in the past. I still have work to do around the office and my home and I definitely intend to call them again.

Bluewater did a complete bathroom renovations from all title work to installation of new sink/cabinet and plumbling for the project. This was a just a old fashion bath tub and sink and was transformed into a beatiful tile floor and tiled shower area. He was very focused on the project and very detailed in his approach. We were very pleased with the results.

Joel has done work for us on three different occassions. We could not be happier! The first was a built in corner hutch in our bedroom. My wife had been looking for years and could never really find the right hutch and didn't think we could afford a custom made one. Someone recommended Bluewater (Joel). Joel arrived at our home and from the minute we started discussing what my wife wanted we knew this was going to work. He listened and took notes and pictures. He never said, this is what you should have. He sent us a drawing with prices for different finishes. We were amazed at the price (delivered and installed). The installation was done on time and as quoted. What a beautiful piece of funiture. Joel has since done two other jobs for us with the same outstanding results!

Joel did a complete renovation on my main bathroom, stripping it down to the bare bones, including removing walls, and then building it up again. My house is 260 years old and I was very concerned about it fitting in with the rest of the house. Joel did a fabulous job, including refinishing the original pin floor and pine vanity, building a laundry closet and a beautiful corner cabinet for sheets and towels. He did complex tile work and installed all new lighting as well as a new clawfoot tub, toilet and marble top for the vanity. He even helped me pick out new colors for the walls. I highly recommend Joel for all your remodling needs.
