Brandon and his crew are professional, creative, and resourceful. We worked on a large project with them and it went fairly smooth because they do a great job of communicating. Their dedication to making it happen is contagious.

Brandon was very helpful to us in regards to our home! He gave us a good quote to do repairs, we were not able to get the financing to do the repairs but feel the job would of been done right if had been able to it! He did do enough for us to get the home sold I am very thankful for that! If you need home repairs he will do a great job for you!!!

Discovery of issues during the work required necessary alterations which increased cost. Communication of issues was timely and comprehensive so that resolution of those issues could be approved and executed efficiently. Lost Ridge Construction was recommended to me by my neighbors. I was impressed from the beginning, starting with our first meeting with Brandon, the owner and Steve Reece who ended up coordinating the whole remodel. It was partial remodel of the master bathroom.The project was completed within 2 weeks. Steve's approach to the projects can be described as "precision and solution oriented". He personally oversaw the work of every step and then took extra time to correct minor imperfections that occured during finishing.Very satisfied and would recommend the business as well as hire them again.

I engaged Lost Ridge Construction to do almost a complete remodel of my condo in NC. I found Brandon, the owner, to be extremely knowledgeable and very professional in his approach to my job. He treated it as if it were his own. The subcontractors that were used were very good and very professional. Brandon was very hands on throughout the project. Lost Ridge Construction repaired a nightstand damaged in moving. The quality of the work was excellent and the repair was done promptly. I was treated very well. Since I live out-of-state, this was a difficult situation, and they made the resolution very satisfactory.

We hired Lost Ridge Construction to perform some rot remediation and replace a storm door and trim on a log cabin. Due to the unknown extent of the repair, we received a reasonable ballpark estimate up front with knowledge of their hourly rate and estimated people required. The work turned out to be quite a bit more extensive once the investigation progressed and more involved due to the location/attachment of a deck at the damaged area. Brandon promptly contacted us as soon as the extra work involved was discovered and we discussed options. In the end, we had some restructuring of the attached deck to permit the repair work, the storm door, some interior work including wood trim, and a small patch of tile done. This work was all done to our satisfaction. Brandon was responsive in addressing a leak in the storm door installation and latching of the interior door which had been re-hung/weatherstripped. Throughout the process we received many updates and photos of the project in progress.
