We hired Again New Remodeling to make improvements to our home through the Healthy Neighborhoods program. Lou and his team expertly completed on time and on budget significant improvements to both the interior and the exterior of the home. On the exterior they addressed a damp basement by extending the downspout away from the home and into the alley and repaired the steel lintel and windows in the front of the basement. They also installed a new garage door and privacy gate. On the inside they renovated our kitchen, installing new cabinets, new countertops, and new flooring. They installed a new sink in the kitchen and bathroom and a new toilet in the bathroom as well as a new plumbing vent and fan in the bathroom. They also replaced all the old knob & tube electric wiring in the house to make the house code compliant. They also installed smoke detectors and painted the entire house. Lastly, they installed new windows and doors and blew insulation into the attic to improve the insulation and efficiency of the home. Lou and his team were outstanding to work with, extremely professional, and I would (and have) hired them again without hesitation. At Again New Remodeling you get all of the perks of a small firm (being able to talk to the owner directly) with the benefits of an established contractor (tremendous reliability, flexibility, ability to complete any project, and high quality work product). Highly recommend.

I was extremely pleased with the bathroom remodel that Again New Remodeling created for me this past year. We took a small powder room with only a sink and toilet and added a lovely, tiled shower by removing a hall closet. This was a total gut job with plumbing, electrical, heating etc. being redone. All new fixtures and lighting were added. Lou Greenfeld and his team were very professional and respectful of my house. I felt confident to leave them to do the work while I was at work. They showed up on time and left the area clean when they were finished for the day. I am totally happy with the finished product. I am more than willing to show it off.

Again New Remodeling provided outstanding, highly professional service within budget and on-time. Kitchen and bath remodeling were the primary focus of the work. Our communication and relationship with the owner of Again New Remodeling were superb. As customers, we were extremely satisfied with the project outcomes!

Lou did two projects for us: repainting our kitchen cabinets and putting in a backsplash. The kitchen looked like new. Lou also finished 1500 sq. Ft. of our basement including a bedroom, full bath and great room. His work was impeccable with incredible finishing work on the mouldings.

We were totally satisfied with the high quality outcome of our project. Again New Remodeling was prompt, communicative and solution-minded. They consistently met deadlines and worked around our schedules as well. They are trustworthy and responsible.
