I contracted Manor Works Painting at the suggestion of a neighbor when I needed to have some exterior carpentry work and painting done. From my first contact with Suzanne who scheduled my estimation appointment with Victor, to the finished project, the process was absolutely seamless! Team Lead Alfredo and his crew arrived promptly each day as scheduled and were professional, amiable and courteous! Their superb knowledge and craftsmanship were second to none and I was very impressed with their superior work ethic, meticulous attention to detail and exemplary customer service. They truly have the customer’s…and his or her home’s best interest at heart! Additionally, they are the masters of clean up! Each day and after the project was complete, they left no trace of being there except for their beautiful workmanship which drew attention from the neighbors! One neighbor walking by had observed the project beginning to end. She admired the work so much that she claimed she was going to call Manor Works and have them do work on her house too! I was so proud and pleased with everything that I plan to contract with them again in the near future to start work on the interior!

I cannot say enough about Manor Works Painting, foreman Ismael and his crew. I am really picky but their work exceeded even my expectations. They were so meticulous, so expert and professional, and really nice guys to boot. They don't just paint - they restore the walls. They go above and beyond, such as cleaning old paint off the hardware as they go, setting my TVs, computer, and printer back up for me, vacuuming before they put the furniture back into place. I could go on and on. Customer service and truly excellent work is their goal.

would not recommend Manor works to anyone!!! We recently (09/2022) hired Victor and his company to paint and repair wood rot to the exterior of our home. He did not adequately give us an accurate estimate for the wood repair work. His employee, Alfredo, went around and threw numbers at us for the costs of additional repairs. The paint job was sloppy; everything we requested to be redone was countered with you are a liar. The worst part of the job was painting the metal basement railing, which was never sanded down, painted over rust, and some parts were not even painted. Their excuse was, "you told us to do it this way." The foreman, Alfredo, took every opportunity to call us liars and refused to do what we asked. The owner, Victor, never came to inspect the work upon completion (and create a "punch list"). Instead, he wanted to deduct $500 and call it a day. We had to insist he come per the contract before he agreed to show up, with an arrogant and nasty attitude. Beware, they also charge extra $ for using credit cards. Another way to rip customers off. The work was so sloppy we had to have them painted three times. Overall not a good experience. If you want to be constantly called a liar, yelled at, or accused of all types of misdeeds, use Manor Works, Victor and his crew, headed by Alfredo, the foreman.

Manor Work Painting (Alfredo, Rosario, and Milton) did a great job of mudding, sanding, and painting our garage and sealing our deck. They were able to come a day earlier than scheduled, worked long days, and cleaned up nicely after finishing the job. They worked hard and paid attention to every detail and many of our care-abouts along the way. We are so happy with the final product of their work!

I've used Manor Works multiple times over the years. They're not the cheapest, nor should they be, because you're paying for a more professional level of service. When I have a job that needs the assurance of quality work I know there are no bargains. I can honestly say I've always felt that their crew went the extra mile to be sure everything was perfect.

Vic gave us an estimate within hours of his assessment of the job, which was very impressive. Anotonio and his guys were wonderful! They showed up on time and worked long days. They fixed some areas, too. Antonio communicated with us every step of the way. This was a big project and we appreciated how professional both the guys and work!

We chose Manor Works after seeing the beautiful work they did for a neighbor. Owner Victor is very responsive and knowledgeable, and his employees did a terrific job. They were meticulous in all aspects of the job (prep, painting, cleanup), and consulted with us throughout the job to make sure we were satisfied with their work. I will use Manor Works again for sure, and highly recommend the firm.

I highly recommended them to anyone looking to have any interior/exterior painting/projects done on their home. I am very discerning with contractors working on my home and they have exceeded my lofty expectations EVERY time!

We have had Manor Works do several painting and wood repair projects for us over the years and are always very pleased with the outcome. Their painting especially is excellent - really perfection. They don't cut corners; all of the work is so neat. The employees are polite, show up when they say they will, and the job site is always left clean at the end. A pet peeve of mine is when contractors don't return calls, but Victor and Susanne are great in this department too and communicate well with us. I highly recommend them!

I have used Manor Works painting twice, once a few years ago to paint our entire interior, and then again last year to correct and repaint due roof leakage into one of our bathrooms. The second time included carpentry services to fix the walls, and Neri also went ahead and recaulked our tub which we didn’t even ask him to do. I have found them to be extremely professional, very clean and concerned about leaving your house in excellent shape after the job is done. Highly recommend!!!
