Luke Williams Designs was a superb choice for my bathroom refurbishment. There were structural issues that were spotted prior to the project beginning, and technical details which needed planning permission to be given. Luke's expert knowledge of the building regulations and necessary collaboration with the engineer ensured the matter was dealt with properlt and effecyively, leaving me stress free. Luke took on the role of project manager, designer, and planner. He took the time to go through the layout and design of the build, ensuring the choice of materials was the highest quality budget allowed, detailing the finished plans to give the builders everything they needed for a smooth completion. Luke was also on hand to deal with any complications that arouse during the refurbishment, discussing any costs to alterations that were required before the work went ahead. The finished results are very high spec and luxurious in comparison to anything I would have been able to achieve independantly. All in all the project was delivered with detailed care and attention to ensure it was hassle free for me. I'd definitely recommend him for any property development projects and I look forward to being able to hire him for my kitchen extension soon.
