We hired CJT Development to convert a small bathroom and a small bedroom into one large bathroom. Mark was extremely professional and easy to work with from the beginning of the project to the end. Every trade that he brought in was just as professional. The quality of workmanship on our completed bathroom exceeded all of our expectations and...came in on budget! We will absolutely be using CJT Development again on future projects.

CJT has completed a half dozen or so home projects for us over the past several years, including complete master bathroom renovation, kitchen floor tile replacement, patio and walkway renovation and home exterior repair and refurbishment. CJT has done multiple projects for us. They added an addition with a beautiful master bathroom, finished the basement with another full bathroom, and installed a wrap around deck. Mark is honest, creative, and easy to work with. His price was very good too. We’re so happy with everything he’s done for us. We’ll definitely use him again.

CJT did a living room remodel for us, in which they removed dated wood paneling and rebuilt a beautiful mantel, framed by built-ins. Mark was always extremely professional and prompt and even though our project was relatively small, we felt valued. Before they started, we showed Mark pictures of how we wanted the wall to look (with molding, wall sconces, mounted TV, and a detailed mantel). The project ended up looking exactly as we had hoped--and I tend to be very particular. More than that, the cost was very fair and the craftsmanship was fabulous. Aside from that project, we had a water leak about a month later (not connected to the project) and Mark and Pete came out the next day, identified the source of the leak and then came back to patch the wall after the plumber had fixed everything. They did a great job and we can't even tell where the damage was. We will absolutely use CJT for future home renovation projects, and could not recommend them enough.

Mark Troiano has completed multiple jobs for us since the purchase of our new home 3 1/2 years ago. The latest job was a high-end kitchen remodel which Mark completed on time and on budget. The completed job far exceeded our expectations and we are so pleased with the work. In addition to Mark doing great work he is conscientious and trustworthy which to me are just as important as the work.

Mark is an outstanding builder. Mark quickly understood the issues involved with a challenging project of replacing a non-compliant handicap ramp at my profession office building. Mark researched the code and obtained all the necessary permits. He made working with the town ordinances easy. Working with Mark is great because of his responsiveness, I text him and he texts me right back, Mark's pricing was fair and additionally if the job needed any unforeseen work he would just take care of it. I have already recommended him to my son for his kitchen upgrade and a friend for a basement renovation. If I was to build a new house, I would call Mark first.

Mark (The owner) was very professional to deal with from A to Z during my build . He is honest he told it like it is. He did not give me that feeling he was selling me things that I did not need for my build. His carpenter Pete was a pleasant fellow to deal with.Beautiful woodwork that I still get compliments on . Mark Troiano from CJT development built a beautiful addition to our home. Mark was very fair and a pleasure to do business with. Pete works magic with the wood work.
