I recently had the pleasure of working with a team of professionals on a home renovation lead by Mark Yanowitz of Verdeco Designs. Mark was the architect and building manager on the job. He is a great communicator, on-site facilitator and most impressively open to the ideas and concepts of the other professionals on the job. This trait lead to a very open creative environment for design solutions to flourish. As an architect and builder, I believe he brings a more informed perspective to the job than any professional I have worked with. He understands how his design concepts will need to be executed, the impact on the staff, the impact on pricing, the trade offs of quality and any resulting spacial issues. Mark clearly loves and excels at his job.
