Mark is not like any ordinary interior designer. Before we chose him, we went to several IDs all telling us the same thing that it is not possible for us to do an island in our 4 room bto kitchen due to space constraint and having a tv cabinet cum wardrobe in the living room is so not cool and weird. We scouted him on carousell after looking at his projects, price quote and plenty of positive reviews. We wanted something different; he listened attentively and advised us according. Being in this line for many years, he show us the ropes and basic about all we need to know about house renovations. Our dream house came true after all; the outcome is better than our expectations. Most importantly the price is within our budget. Our cabinets doors for living room and kitchen are all made of pure solid wood, kitchen and toilet tops and made from pure granite and most importantly all our wardrobes and cabinets were done by our local people (Made In Singapore). We even went to his warehouse at kaki bukit and saw for ourselves his staff doing their jobs. Our house is completed in 1.5 months (no rush to move in). Mark set his standards high and in any case his workers is not doing well in their tasks, he will not hesitate to replace them immediately. Also, there was not even once where he will not reply to our msgs and calls. He is very committed to his job and always prompt in replying to all our questions and queries. On top of the renovation, we have so many small adhoc items that we thought we will not need; end up in all came down to a long list. Mark always try to help us by giving us very good price for all the additional activities. We owe it to Mark Kratous Design and Decoration that our dream house came true and not just a fantasy. We will highly recommend Mark Kratous to all potential house owners; if you have a dream house in mind he will make it come true.
