The crew from Masters Flooring did an awesome job installing our luxury vinyl plank. The undercut of our fireplace hearth is excellent. All the transitions are seamless. Mike Mannon is a great salesman and took excellent care of us and answered all our questions. I highly recommend them.

WOW, what a professional group. From Mike, the installation mgr, to Israel and his dad who actually installed the tile. I have never been witness to such a detail oriented installation crew as these guys. We put in a tile with a very busy pattern and they made it look as if it was painted after it went on the floor. Even blended in a elevation change and now you would never know it was there. These guys are awesome !!!!!

The selection of the carpet was helpful with the in store assistance and with the help of Melissa. There was a two week backlog on the carpet, so Melissa helped select a second option that looks great. The installer team did a great job and moved furniture that was in the rooms. Thanks for the everything.

We’ve been living with our new engineered hardwood floors for a few weeks now, and love them more each day. The staff and installers at Masters did a great job, and we are glad we hired them – for the third time in 15 years. Little by little they are replacing the old flooring in our home. Smooth transitions between rooms are a concern of mine, and I am happy with the results. We also had them out to repair a couple of damaged carpeted areas, and the work was well done. Professional, likeable, good results. We will call on them again.

We needed to get some repairs done to our hardwoods due to a leak which also involved refinishing our floors. We got quotes from a few different flooring companies but masters was the most professional and we're happy we went with them. Everyone thoroughout the process was knowledgeable and always answered any questions we had.

The team was able to match a carpet swatch I had on the spot and get installation scheduled (at a very competitive price) in a few days. I got great carpet and the best padding (for my needs) at a great price. Bryan came out to the house, got the measurements very quickly and once installers came everything ran smoothly. They even moved furniture around and painted some kilz on the subfloor per my request (previous owners had dogs and cats). Once I've repainted the media room and changed out the bar, I will have them come back to do more.
