Rayleigh Glass Windows & Conservatories

I would not recommend this company. We have had and still have huge ongoing problems with the installation and quality of the products. We have mould in the edge of the window sill in 2 rooms because they have not been fitted and sealed correctly. We have had numerous replacements of glass units because of poor quality glass and internal seals dropping. We have asked for a full refund but all they have said is that there is a 10 guarantee, I hate to think what this install will look like in 10 years.

We used Rayleigh Glass for a large glass installation during a building project in 2016. From beginning to end their service was excellent. There replies to emails were quick and their dates of supply and installation were on time. All workman were a pleasure to have on site . We have recently instructed them for further work to our kitchen extension windows and doors. Once again - they have not disappointed.

We used Matt and his team to supply and fit bi fold doors, a large lantern in roof, a back door and one extra large feature window. I could not rate their team highly enough. The finish of the windows are all superb - any questions or issues were dealt with quickly and effectively. After sales service has been brilliant. Fitters all very courteous and easy to have around. We are so happy that we have just asked them to replace our old led lite windows with new triple glazed windows - wouldn't go anywhere else now.Cara Faint

We have recently completed an external renovation and couldn't be more pleased with the windows. Matt and his team were fantastic, from the initial quote through to the finishing touches. The fitters were a pleasure to have working at our home, considerate of us living in the building site with small children and pets, very tidy and clean. I cannot recommend this company enough!
